The staff was warm and welcoming throughout my stay. The venue was sophisticated yet comfortable and the food was consistently delicious! From arrival to departure the quality of service was consistently superior. And my bulldog was treated like a king!

What a Great location - Not a friendly staff - everyone has overworked attitude The remodel look really great. Definitely a Four Star type of place due staff. The parking attends are aggressive and confrational. The pool was great and the staff was Good.

Great experience from check in to check out. Not our first visit and hopefully not our last. Room was large, clean and very comfortable with a small kitchenette. All staff were very friendly and helpful without being overbearing. Pool experience was great. They set up your chair with a fresh chair cover and towel. Plenty of waiters for drinks and food orders. Food was excellent with large servings ( my wife and I had to split one order between us regardless of what we ordered). Ocean is directly across the road and is beautiful! Elevators were quick as well as bellmen and valet parking. Only negative is that all parking is valet, convenient, but I prefer self parking. Del Rey has an abundance of really good restaurants and bars to choose from.

We came here for a conference and we were impressed from check in to check out. The hotel is beautiful. The decor was amazing. The service from valet, to guest services and everyone we came into contact with was pleasant. The rooms were clean, spacious and the beds were comfortable. The food was really good at all the coffee shop and the restaurant that served dinner. Rhonda was our waitress and she was amazing We truly enjoyed our stay here and will visiting again.

the hotel is on the beach in Delray. perfect for visiting all the restaurants and shops on Atlantic Ave. we just had one night but everything was lovely from arrival to departure. everyone on the staff was helpful and friendly, David at reception was a delight. our room was comfortable and looked to be recently renovated. good lighting in all rooms and the public areas also looked inviting. we'll be back!

The staff was amazing they all was super friendly.The room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable.The bathrobe was so soft I had to buy one to take home.They are quick to get your car whenever you need it.The breakfast food at the Monkey Bar was really good and I had a big salad from the Market place that was good.Its easy access to the beach and several restaurants within walking distance.This Resort is worth the 5 star rating and I promise you that you won't be disappointed.I had pool view and these pictures does not justice the view of the ocean was amazing

We were at the Grand for a retreat for women, Friday-Sunday...........Excellent Food was outstanding, room was clean, and service was outstanding. Location was the best, across from beach and walking to shops, coffee shops, pool area was great! All in all, had a wonderful two days.

Opal Grand Resort is by far the best Hotel I've ever stayed at!! I am not a "review person" but this Hotel deserves credit for every detail! The staff is super friendly and accommodating, special thanks go to Michael Alvarez who was very helpful and nice! The rooms are clean and room services are available all day. This place is relaxing and has great amenities too. It's worth every penny!
