Berkshire by the Sea

Find another place that provides amenities, larger bathrooms/kitchens, and is considerate of what rooms they place seniors in at the resort. My first and most likely last RCI stay. We'll see how badly I need a specific location.

We usually stay at the bigger name resorts when on vacation. We decided to do a staycation this time and were very pleases with the result. Upon arrival, we noticed the grounds were well maintained and clean. It's not a newer building but when we got inside our unit we were pleasantly surprised. Unit was cute and quaint, while being nice and clean. Staff was very friendly. Great location, steps to the beach and two nice pools. We will use this resort again when staying close to home.

Steps away from the Beach l. It was right across the street. Walking to Atlantic Ave every night for dinner was great too! Can't wait to stay again!

Room 143 in building D was terrific! It was a spacious one bedroom with all the comforts of home and an amazing view! I have come to Delray Beach several times and stayed at their sister property, Berkshire on the Ocean. The other property is right on the beach with cabanas and chairs. This property is across the street from the beach and there are no chairs provided. It's a trade off because this property, Bershire by the Sea, is a block away from Atlantic Avenue which makes it an easy walk to all the restaurants and shopping there. The units are also much nicer here. Both resorts are wonderful. I would stay at either one in a heartbeat.

Best place in proximity of the Atlantic Sea, Great staff, 2 minutes walk to beach, 15 minute walk to Atlantic avenue shops. We traded our week from a Northern California resort( Redwolf Lakeside Lodge- Tahoe Vista)5Gold Star Resort on the Lake!

They put us in C building, very dated and far from oceanfront. There is no one at resort after hours to supervise. Our worst exchange, maybe ever. Asked to move to another room. They said we would have to contact RCI. Would not go back here.

Fabulous resort large well furnished units. Choice of 2 pools - chlorine or salt, lots of loungers and chairs. Games room for rainy days, or tennis courts and shuffleboard for the energetic. Would highly recommend this resort for couples, family & friends.

you can’t beat the location! There’s only a street between you and putting your feet in the sand. Close to Atlantic Avenue for shopping and restaurants, just a great resort in so many ways. You won’t be disappointed!

This location is perfect. Close to everything to walk. Steps from the beach and superior views from my balcony. Ownership and guests very friendly and inclusive. Restaurants bars and shopping is exciting.
