Bu otele soğuk diyen bence bir kan tahlili yaptırsın. Çünkü aşırı derecede sıcak odalar ve otelin geneli, Oruçoğluna 8. Kez geliyoruz. Hep memnun kalmıştık ama bu sefer kahvaltı da bir kere bile güzel çay içemiyoruz yetersiz bi servis var. Personel ilgisiz, çaylar son dakika geliyor yeni demlenmiş oluyor soğuk kahvaltıda servis baya aksıyor ve ilgisiz davranıyor personel.

Bugüne kadar gördüğüm en berbat termal otel personelinden havuz sistemine kadar. Karma havuza 4 yaş altı giremez diyorlar ama o kadar çok çocuk var ki aileler 4 yaşında derse alıyorlarmış biz dürüst davrandığımız için bize sorun yaşattılar. Eşim ve çocuğumla havuzda bile birlikte yüzemedik. Geldiğimiz andan itibaren devamlı olarak bir problem yaşadık tek gece ödeme yapıp çıkmak istediğimizi bile belirttik o derece kötü bir otel.
