Very mediocre compared to the price.bathroom is very small.only plus thing is the location of near airport.need upgrading of the hotel since the gimmicks of flight & airport set up n backdrops doesnt really promise a comfortable stay~thin towel,thin comforter etc

My experience at this hotel was disappointing due to the poor condition of the room. Despite requesting and being willing to pay extra for a larger space, I was greeted with several issues upon arrival.First, there were poorly plastered areas on the ceiling, one above the air conditioner and another right above the bed. The worst issue, however, was the toilet bowl, which had stains and grime buildup at the bottom. Additionally, there was a large gap in one of the "airplane" windows, offering an undesirable view behind the wall. The wallpaper was badly degraded and in dire need of replacement, and the door laminates were peeling off at the bottom.Overall, these conditions left a very negative impression of the hotel. While the location is convenient, the state of the room was unacceptable. Seeing is believing.

Toilet dirty . Not really convenient. Not really comfortable

Room was clean, service was great. A/C was only so-so but the water pressure in the shower was amazing! There is a nice Malaysias restaurant next door. I had an early flight but they managed to provide me with a small breakfast before they officially opened and the shuttle to the airport was very convenient. I would definitely stay here again!

Kitchen staff name Kak Yati is a nice person. Her cooking chicken rendang is so good and delicious. Treat us like family.
Will stay here again for next stay.

Clean never done proper job, never clean the spoon, dirty used cotton bud still on the bed. Fridge is just for show only coz so dirty and smelly, can not be use.

It was really nice. The nighttime staff was very friendly, and the food and airport shuttle were excellent. Highly recommended.

Nearest from Kuala Lumpur airport port. Around 13 km. Rooms are small. Late check out not allowed. Beak fast is very poor. But near have a restaurant
