The hotel is not very costly, but its far from city center, those who are traveling will recommend to book in city center not far because daily in taxi it may cost 60 rmb one.way to city center. second hotel was normal, but they don't provide slippers and hair dryer and comb. Also they don't provide switch sockets because there is different socket in all Malaysia. so bring these all things with you. staff is friendly. around have hotels and shops, easy to access.

Have a pleasant stay here. Very near to everything you could asked for.. convenience store, shopping complex, foods, services etc..even pet shop also very near.. unfortunately for my stay, my room had black out of power supply during our stay..hope this wont happen again

I didn't book this hotel because other hotels had problems due to power outages. Ctrip helped coordinate to this hotel. I like Ctrip's responsibility. The hotel is really not far from the airport, which is an advantage, maybe the only advantage. The room is small and the bedding is not clean. I used my own four-piece disposable bedding set and I didn’t even dare to take off my clothes to sleep. There is no soundproofing at all. You can hear any sound from outside. The door is very thin and there is no sense of security. As for the toiletries No need to think about it. If you have time, you should still choose a hotel in the city.

The room is so shabby that it is beyond description. The sewer smells bad. Because the room is too small, the whole room is full of bad smell💩. The hotel does not provide any supplies, including toilet paper. It may be because of the sewer smell. They use special Malaysian fragrance to spray the whole hotel with a unique smell, which is not suitable for Chinese people. The worst thing is that when checking in, I told the front desk that I would go to the airport at 6 o'clock tomorrow morning and I need to make a reservation🚗. The front desk lady said it was no problem and I could leave at any time for 30 Malaysian ringgits. As a result, the front desk had changed the next morning and said that it would cost 50 Malaysian ringgits to send to the airport. We agreed, and they said that the car was going to pick someone up now and could not send it. It was a rip-off... The only good thing is that there is a restaurant and 711 next to it.
