Accessible.location Safe. Friendly and helpful staff..easy to get taxi to the airport..lots restaurants nearby the hotel

Room smells, as well as the pillow and blankets. Luckily is just for few hours sleep. There are lots of better hotels in that location.

Staff were friendly. Amenities were poor. Air con was very loud. Sounded like wind in the room, no fridge or phone in the room. No shower curtain so the toilet would get wet

I have booked this hotel for my colleuqe who need to overnight during travelling to Miri, Sarawak. This hote is about 15 min drive from KLIA. Suite for transit people who need to fly from KLIA. The hotel is clean and comfortable worth with the price of 2 star hotel

The last I stayed here was December last year. At that time I wasn’t happy with the overall service and condition of the room. This time however, I manage to get a good room without crack walls and also a kettle ready. The tv was working and had great channels. The bed was also good and comfy with clean toilets.

A very good stay. Convenient since the place have a lot of shops to eat, to buy a bit of groceries, and laundry place.

For the price I paid this is honestly a decent budget hotel. Clean room and bed. Bed legs a bit noisy though at L22. I hope they can fix it. I got my air conditioner remote control only upon request. There are two buildings back to back. Reception is at the front row. My room was in the back row. It’s very near convenient store. There are food trucks until late night. After midnight, most shops and restaurants are closed including McD. It’s a quite place. Remember to pay for your car parking fee as reminded by the receptionist. Thank you, Ain. The only photo I have is the buns against the bedsheet. I think this hotel can remain a good hotel if guests take care of the place as well. Burning clothes on iron and causing stains when others use the iron is totally irresponsible. Signage said iron at your own risk though.

The hotel staff is very rude. They hesitate to even provide towels and water bottles. Not a good place to stay. Also, the prices are actually cheaper than shown on trip. Just go to this location and you will find many hotels and book the room offline.

The room is just nice. Comfortable to stay after a long journey. This is the 3 time i stay here.

Nice hotel. The hotel room its very clean. Only problem room with lifts no have WiFi.
