1. After arriving at the store, let the front desk staff show me the room. The first room has some problems, and I will not show it in the comments. I told him to help me avoid this room. Later, when I checked in, I still arranged it for me. 2. When I was about to rest at night, someone was far away from the outside to speak with a microphone. It was still continuing at 10:30 in the evening. It was really a collapse. It was very clear that I stayed up late and opened a night. I wanted to rest early. There were still people setting off fireworks in the middle of the night. Of course, these have nothing to do with the hotel. But it really affected the experience of staying.
I am also a hotel. I want to feedback a few questions from my perspective. As for whether to adopt it is your company's problem. If the guests feedback and suggest that the management figure deal with it at the first time, it will show the hotel's importance to this matter. In the second place, you can prepare some earplugs for guests. I also believe that the microphone mania in the middle of the night is not the first time I reflect. I hope that next time I go to Dengzhou, your company can avoid these problems. ㊗️ Business is booming.
