Breakfast is a serving, a boiled egg on a wooden board, salad, ham and fries, a cup of drink is OK. All are very good. What is environmental sanitation? But the check-out actually received our room rate several times. Later it was solved but it was a bit uncomfortable!

I am absolutely appalled by the standard of practice of eliminating the risk of Corona virus by this hotel. We came from a very long trip with high expectations of staying and resting at a clean and well known franchise hotel in Turkey. There are posters with information and rules of staying safe with the Corona Virus visible and there was also a disinfectant spray procedure carried out on our luggages. But it is all for show. The staff member had no idea what was being used in the disinfectant spray. Nothing is being genuinely practiced. The hygiene practice was absolutely disgusting. We went into our room to find the floors had not been cleaned. When we tried to contact the reception to notify them, no one had picked up the phone. We also tried the landline contact number a couple of times and again no answer. My husband had to walk down to reception and ask the staff to change our rooms immediately. The staff were not attentive and did not attend to our request immediately. When the staff member had arrived, he took us to the room and didn’t offer to take our multiple luggage’s to the new room. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. Run as far away as you can!!!

I stayed for the purpose of sleeping only for one day. I'm sorry I couldn't stay any more. The staff were very friendly and impressed. Stay well at an affordable price.

My wife and I visited Pamukkale and stayed at the Apollon Garden Hotel for four days+three nghts. It was a wonderful experience. The owners and their son made us feel so welcome and were accommodating with any requests that we had. The hotel is new and the rooms were very comfortable. We even got to ride their horses before we checked out. Highly recommended.

However, since our first contact with the team, we were surprised by their cold: they didn't want to be paid by bank cards, saying they had no reader, while we could see him behind the counter. Then we were taken to our room: it had no air conditioning, which resulted in a constant smell of moisture, in addition to very unpleasant moisture. I think it is dangerous to stay in this atmosphere several nights, especially for young children. In addition, the materials used in the bathroom are not of quality: the washing machine is not well fluided and the toilets evacuate the fluids through a hole located next to it, not below ... I let you imagine the problem. The breakfast was good, but no more, just industrial products. The swimming pool was not accessible, but I can't complain about it, it's just the beginning of the season. The location is very good, I can't remove it from them. We have paid the next day of our arrival: since then, no kindness, no exchange, even no hello or smile. Even when we left, they didn't even come to the courtyard, but just set us from their sofa. I understand that some tourists may be afflicted and unpolite, that this profession is not always easy, but I do not understand this attitude. Finally, the price was not so high, but I had to write this message for families who will pay the high price this summer and who will face these disfunctions.

The location of the hotel is relatively biased, and the airport bus will take a taxi after arriving at the station! The hotel is well equipped and the rooms are very clean!

I don't think there's such a hostel in Pamukkale. Like other hotels, the soft style seems to be a little bit, but it is well maintained. And most of all, the hotel owner is very friendly and the service is so good. I can't eat breakfast on schedule and leave at dawn, so it's so good that you can bring sandwiches and fruits separately at the counter. The pool is also very well maintained, and the water depth is about 1.6m. (Deep) Recommended for those staying in Pamukkale!

I strongly advise this apartment hotel is very close to pamukkale travertins. I stayed in family with my 3 children. Room very clean and new. Good breakfast. Family hotel. I'll return there without hesitate.

The owner is a Japanese woman, she is fluent in English and her attitude is very enthusiastic. The location of the hotel is really good, very close to the scenic spot. There is a swimming pool in the yard. The indoor space is quite large, that is, there is no kettle, and it is not allowed to eat anything or wash clothes indoors. It also writes a reminder in Chinese at the front desk. The hot water for the bath is okay, but the towels are too hard. It was found that breakfast was not included at the time of booking. You have to pay an extra 30 lire to include breakfast.

The hotel is clean, tge rooms are fantastic. The staff is exemplary. Unfortunately we only stayed 1 night and missed breakfast but the restaurant looked awesome. We left to kusadasi 3 hours away and Unfortunately 1 of our travelers forgot their insulin. The staff safely gathered our medication and put it in a carefully sealed bag, arranged a taxi and had the medication delivered to us in kusadasi 3 hours away. They went above and beyond what any hotel staff would do. I shopped for hotels relentlessly and this looked by far the best and cleanest hotel in the Denizli or pumakalle area and it was.
