Hotel was sub par. The bed however was phenomenal!

Looks good from what they have done to it. But still has a lot of work to do. They had our room sold out when we got there so they upgraded us to the presidential suite. Looked like an average room, bathroom wasn’t completely renovated, just a room that seemed regular but with some French doors that separated the living room area from the bedroom. But I was greatful we got to stay there and we had a room that was clean. Staff was wonderful.

It was a nice stay and I’m sure the appearance will be much better after the construction is over with. The only thing I didn’t like was no fan in the bathroom and it was hard to control the room temperature. It was either too hot or too cold. I would definitely stay there again though.

It was clean for the most part but it was under construction and that wasnt mention no where online.

I got to the hotel at 11pm host try to get me into a king size suite with a pullout bed.after I had booked a double queen since I was traveling with my two teenage daughters so that didn’t work.We had to wait until midnight to get into the room.since rooms face the lobby people talking loud woke me up at 6:30 am

Danny at the front desk was amazing getting us checked into a specific room since we had my 15 month old with us. You can tell they are really trying to get the place fixed up and nice . I will definitely stay again if we are in the area.

customer service was great but the building was under construction. i purchased a room with 2 queen beds and got one bed with a sofa couch

Some updates had been done but not efficiently. Construction debris on the bathroom floor that looked like dirt. Toilet paper stuck in a hole where the tissue holder should be. Hair all over the shower and the clean wash cloths. Pictures were deceptive. Rooms are outside but not visible in the online pictures. Lobby looks and smells amazing. The room doesn’t match the same aesthetic.

As far as the service it was great. Our room had a little damage by the window and there was no trash can in the room besides the bedroom. Otherwise, the stay was ok

Called hours before reservation to let them know I was checking in late due to my sons graduation from basic training and that I needed two beds instead of one. She was friendly assured me I was good to and the change was not a problem. Got to hotel around 9 pm paid got keys and was given the wrong room. Went back downstairs and she remembered me calling but stated she had given my room away. Told her that would not work for me and I would need to find another hotel. She was to reverse the charge to my card, that was Wednesday and today is Saturday still full charge of hotel on my card.

Not too far away from my destination point or where i needed to be at. The customer service was amazing thank you

We were in an old part no renovation part, the paint in bath wall was pealing. The carpet was use and dirty. Nevertheless, the service and breakfast was good.

rude and unfriendly staff and filthy room unusual activities going around behind buch of truck parked in back sticky floors and not to forget roches in room and it does gives much of motel vibes

Dirty crowded with lots of roaches mildew hair in towels elevators are scary reserved full service hotel thinking won’t have to go out for dinner but restaurant or bar never which they were under work over year ago during our last trip and they are still working on same part of then building when we stayed here in late 2022 wonder is it will ever end or something is up
