The Berkeley Hotel

This was a great find. A small boutique hotel near Wheat Ridge in the Berkeley neighborhood. Each unit is like a mini apartment. My unit had a balcony in the living room and the bedroom. It came with a living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom as well as a separate laundry room in the unit with a washer and dryer. There is also a rooftop area with large propane grills and a fire pit with a wonderful view of the Rocky Mountains. There is no front desk, but the facility texts instructions on check in as well as instructions on parking (there is a secure garage). Wonderful choices of restaurants and unique stores all along Tennyson Street. A great location and a fantastic property!

wonderfull place , My second time there, the neighborhood is very, very nice and good to walk freely. has lots of shops and resturants. the upper deck has a great view of the park and the mountains. bakery on the first floor. i would live here !!!

Very nice hotel. Very nice and clean. No staff on site everything is thru number code. Everything was great so didn’t need staff so that worked out. Would definitely recommend this place

Over the years in coming to Denver to visit my daughter who lives nearby, I am very familiar with the Berkley/Tennyson area and its bounty of things to do and places to eat. This year I was able to stay at the Berkeley Hotel and found this property just almost perfect. Everything was first class with the lighting, appliances, fridge (4 water bottles inside upon arrival), bathroom, and even with the washer/dryer. No need for a front desk since the facility text instructions for all you need upon arrival and for parking....this was great! When I say almost perfect...the only thing I found somewhat annoying is the elevator telling me I am going up and going down in a louder tone that may not be needed! BUT...it is a great place to stay with all you need nearby for a great trip to Denver.

The hotel was excellent. great location to restaurants and a lot of choices. Room or apartment was spacious, clean with lots of amenities. The only problem we had was that the bed and pillows are extremely soft. While others may find this attractive, we did not. We sank into the mattress like a marshmallow. It was difficult to turn. My neck was not supported. It's all a matter of personal preference I know. We were on the second floor. Be sure to check out the 4th floor. The entrance was very secure, with that code. So much was enjoyable. Thanks!

I was in Denver visiting my son for my birthday. My son lives with several other guys, so I needed to find a hotel that was close, safe, clean and in good condition. The Berkeley Hotel checked off all those boxes. I must admit at first I was a little concerned about the not so typical type of hotel this claimed to be, but I adapted pretty well and had a nice stay. The room was very well equipped with all the necessities of an apartment. I suggest a few minor things can add to experience. Some type of non slip shower floor, hand lotion (sample size) as Colorado is very dry in the colder months, direction guide next to heating and air unit, pant hangers, a guide to work the TV, and a step stool for shorter sized guests to reach the mircrowave and top kitchen cabinets. The mattress was not as comfortable to me, but that is a very subjective perspective that the hotel can not accommodate to every guest. The sheets felt too clingy to me,but again, very subjective. If you do have a question as I did duriing my stay, this property does respond well. The building was very quiet which I absoutely loved! I would consider staying at this property again. I wonder if they would consider a type of reward program for those who return to the area quite often. So on if you are considering staying in downtown Denver, PLEASE consider this hotel as it is really only a short distance away with great commercial opportunities that a city provides, but in a quieter part of the region.
