I liked having a balcony and the water pressure in the shower was good. The beds need to be replaced and the a/c in the lobby and inside of the hotel was horrible. We wanted to eat at Burgers and Shakes restaurant but it was simply too hot inside the hotel so we went elsewhere. The parking situation is a bit of a mess and the vagrant hotel a few doors down creates a pretty inhospitable environment outside the hotel. Other than that, stay was okay.

Your reception desk agent Thanos is a consummate professional: courteous, knowledgeable, accommodating, and efficient. The view was great, the room was comfortable and spacious, the breakfast was delicious, and the location perfect for our plans.

The employee at the front desk was very helpful, we had driven 7 hours to Denver and were able to check in early to make it to the wrestling tournament that started at the same time as check in time. Our room was clean and staff were friendly.
