DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Denver

Quite moderate hotel. But very simple. The staff was friendly, breakfast was ok.

Good service, Lovely food, good location near shopping center just walking 10 min.

We stay here a lot when travel to Denver from Wyoming, always great staff and great people on the bar and restaurant

I really love this hotel and had a great impression of the property itself, but unfortunately, my experience at check-in was disappointing because of one of the front-desk employees. The woman working at the front desk was extremely rude and unhelpful. She barely assisted us when we checked in, and the way she spoke to us made us feel unwelcome. She didn’t even bother to explain where the elevator was or let us know that we needed to scan our room key to access the elevator. Meanwhile, I noticed another employee properly explaining these things to a different guest. It honestly felt like we were being treated as an inconvenience rather than welcomed guests. I understand that employees can have stressful days, but basic courtesy and professionalism should still be expected when working at a hotel front desk.

Our family had a great stay at double tree by Hilton in Colorado. The hotel in great location, the room was clean and the service was excellent.

Great stay. The hospitality was fantastic. Very clean and organized. Enjoyed the indoor pool. Definitely will book again.

It was a great stay, I enjoyed it with my family

The building is a little old but overall really clean. It is about 20 mins away from downtown so it can be a little inconvenient if you are visiting Denver downtown.

There were pros and cons. Hotel not in a convenient location for tourists visiting. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Air-conditioner and refrigerator need to be switched off to sleep as they are too noisy. Mould in the bathroom. Service was good though.
