The Hotel Location near Denver International Airports. Have Hotel's Shuttles for pick up and drop off to airport. But better confirmation with hotel for pick up. Rooms clean and accommodate 6 persons ( 2 Queens and Sofa bed ). Water and hot drinks for guests at Lobby. Corner Market and Vending machine in front of Reception. Although small hotel but We have good sleep there. The price is quite cheap for travelers with families.

Some kids had to be prank calling us, bevause the room ohin kept ringi ng until we left it off the hook. Not hotel's fault but definitely irritatingm stay was okay. Its noisy in the area and walls seemed very thin, so just know that going in. Very convenient to airport though.

The staff was friendly and courteous.. We had a room reserved and were planning on checking in during the.evening. Our flight was delayed and we ended checking in at 4:15 am and check out time was at noon.They asked if extending check out until 1:00 pm would help. That extra time sleeping sure helped us out.

Staff was fine as was the hotel - but as a Marriott Rewards member, they were unable to accommodate me for shuttle service to the airport as they were already booked - I was able to acquire shuttle service from the Courtyard (Marriott) across the street after explaining my circumstance.

The property is dated, room smelled musty. Furniture is worn. Towels low quality. Not the standard Marriott property. Tolerable for an overnight stay near the airport. Front desk clerk was unfriendly and curt. Has a parking fee. Would not return or recommend.

Modern, clean, and comfortable hotel with exceptional staff. Monica was especially knowledgeable and very friendly. We originally chose this property for the convenience of the airport shuttle as we had different flight times and dates. Unfortunately, the shuttle service was discontinued in June. The hotel staff was very kind, professional, and Jeannetta assisted us with arranging alternate transportation. Uber/Lyft runs about $30 to the airport and to downtown from this location. The hotel is in a safe area and within walking distance of many restaurant options. It is also near the bus stop for public transportation into the city. You can purchase all day tickets for $5.50 in the RTD my ride app and switch to the mass transit rail line for no additional charge.

The room was clean and smelled nice. The conditioner bottle was completely empty and was unable to have someone provide more. The pool, which was a large factor in choosing this hotel was cold. My husband attempted to purchase a soda but was unable as there were no vending machines and the front desk was overwelmed with check ins so she was unable to sell anything from their store. The day before we arrived we were informed there was an additional parking fee for our personal vehicle even though it was just out in the lot and not anything special. They did not ask for our vehicle information so i dont know how they monitored that no one else was using the lot. I have stayed at several different Fairfield Inns and this was by far the least accomodating.
