Fantastic place. Went to Denver for a conference. This  hotel downtown was very close to the venue. Clean and spacious room. Really nice staff. They also stored my luggage before checking in. Recommended!

It was my birthday and I was going to the Ed Sheeran concert and wasn’t able to check in early so when I arrived at 1am after the concert due to it opening at 4pm I was welcomed with a roach. I asked the front desk about what to do and they said they could get security to catch said roach.

Awesome hotel with good and friendly staff. Also, there is a large fireplace in the lobby and an incredible bar downstairs. 

Great location. Missing some amenities due to Covid but overall good.

It's really rubbish service, don't go to live in this hotel, anyway, there is nothing, the sound insulation is very poor, it's much better to live in the Marriott next door

The room is average, the front desk service attitude is very poor, and there is no breakfast. Most of the cabins are occupied by airline flight attendants. I will not choose this hotel again at the same price.

I expected a lot better. The location is great for the city sights.  Close to all the key areas (and it’s a good walking city).  But the number of homeless people around is quite shocking and can make you feel very uncomfortable. It’s only 20 mins walk from Union St but you’ll need a taxi if you have luggage. Lyft and Uber are your friends but pricing is very variable. The reception of the hotel is non-descript and service slow if there’s a conference in the hotel. The rooms are dark.  Too dark.  They are also small. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Bathrooms need refurbished - they are looking tired.  (We stayed twice in the space of a week). Towels were thick and soft; toiletries good quality.   The only restaurant is a sports bar in the basement. This is particularly disappointing for a hotel of this quality.  Space, service and quality can therefore be problematic.  We left one morning when service was particularly bad. There is no Exec Lounge.  A major drawback and a dumbing down of the chain. Instead of lounge access we were given $15 per night to spend.  This could not buy you breakfast….probably just one drink in the bar.   The US chain could learn from Hilton elsewhere in the world. On second visit we arrived at 1720 and our room still wasn’t ready.  However the front desk subsequently let us have a late checkout for our own departure. That all said, you’ll be able to do better at this price.

Was here for a quick one night stay on a mini-vacation and chose this because I trust the Hilton name and it was within walking distance of my event. The women working the desk didn't know how parking worked, which is puzzling. They didn't know the best way to pay, or what I should do about the fact I was already parked since you pay on your phone before you even pull in (something you'd think would be noted on the website). Parking lot is across the street, which is also annoying (especially for the absurd price of parking).   I requested a higher floor and they gave me one of the lowest. I know a ”high” floor costs extra but no effort was made and they weren't exactly busy that night. They gave the groups checking in before me a bottle of water, but apparently I wasn't worth the effort. I am an HHonors member too, if that was the prerequisite. Not that anyone asked me.  Room was small and smelled off. I immediately called and asked if they had mistakenly put me in a smoking room, the person I spoke to didn't even know if they had smoking rooms at all, and thought I was trying to smoke. Seems that's just how the rooms smell (smelling the air coming out of the vents while the AC was on kind of proved it). You get used to it, but every time I came back to the room it was off-putting.  At least the bed was very comfortable. Having stayed at another similar level of hotel nearby, I wouldn't recommend this as a first choice.

A decent stay in Denver. We appreciated the very friendly check-in and good location. The room wasn’t huge but was well-appointed (if not a little bit noisy). Excellent gym and the in-room coffee was delicious. There was a good shower and toiletries. An easy walk into RiNo. Would stay here again for sure.
