Lovely young member of staff for breakfast on weekends - super personable. Breakfast was pretty good

I was looking for the best price point with the best accommodations in the best location in Denver and this went even beyond those standards. The location and area are walkable to any food or sites needing to be seen. Staff is friendliest I’ve ever dealt with.

Not a pleasant experience overall. 'breakfast included' paid for but not honoured because "was not showing in their system." This was disappointing as we always make a point of selecting the breakfast inclusion with our stays. The tiled floors make it for very poor acoustic, transferring noise from room above making us unable to rest until their noise stopped late into the night. AirCon did not work : cooking at 67F and freezing at 66F Constantly flickering room lights culminated in electrical short circuit of the room on morning of departure, which meant packing in total darkness. Cheap bedding, mattress too soft and pillows smelled. Room generally poorly cleaned overall and was never cleaned during stay. Would only supply 2 bottles of complimentary water for entire stay. WiFi issues never addressed despite promise to get back to us. Not worth the expensive stay that we have paid for. Do not recommend it based on our experience.

On arrival we checked in after our 7 plus hour drive, only to be met with one of the check in guys telling us how he 'hated' Tucson (where we had previously visited). A bit negative to say the least. Our room was good, two sizeable beds, great bathroom with plenty of wardrobe and shelving/desk/drawers. Only 8 coat hangers though, one of which came apart. Great views of the neighbouring skyscrapers and beyond. Conveniently located for exploring downtown Denver. Housekeeping was available by request, and a bottle of water was chargeable if you weren't a Hyatt member. The roof terrace was ok, but during our visit (Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun) the bar wasn't open. A very busy turnover of guests, maybe because it was a weekend, with queueing for breakfast. Good sleep though.

Beds were very uncomfortable and parking was overpriced for the area. The lack of free water with check in was unacceptable for such a nice hotel. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere and decor was modern. Enjoyed the furnishings but the basics were lacking.

The Hyatt Centric really exceeded my expectations! It was a beautiful, modern hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff. Our room was great and I had no complaints whatsoever. The bar and rooftop terrace were my favorite amenities. Will definitely be returning!
