The rooms were neat and clean. Washroom was good. The quality of food was also good. Location was also very good. The most shocking part was the behaviour of the staff at the restaurant. They were rude and lack politeness. Overall a good hotel but with not so good staff members

I recently stayed here with my family. Overall our stay was good and we were well assisted by Mr. Balram kumar throughout our stay. The rooms were quite spacious and clean. All the staff members were well behaved. The food was good as well....

One of the best in town hotel in BabaDham @Deoghar Rooms are very Big and spacious, well behaved staff. Very next to Temple to visit. Food are good. Room services / Breakfast buffet staffs are pathetic, live menu staffs are very much arrogant “hotel management should look into the matter else they will ruin your images” Please look into the atmosphere inside the hotel with respect to fragrance, lil Smokey .

Hotel is decent with average room sizes, however had some dumpiness smell for which had to ask for freshers. Food was good. Big advantage - hotel is close to temple with easy commute facilities

The management is very bad. The hotel has all facilities and adequate personnel but it is not managed well. Dirty linen to start with, non working air conditioner ( had to change room of my old parents in the evening) very bad inroom dining call operator who does not understand how to take order. Front desk and bell boy are not professional. ( gave keys of different rooms to checkin then the ones allotted so had to wait 10 mins for the right room keys)would advise people going for vacation to avoid it. Not value for money !
