Clean and comfortable room. Asked for a lower non smoking floor because I needed to leave early in the morning and I got a room just behind the receptionist that made me felt safe as a solo guest. Receptionist was accomodating. Cleaner on the hall helped show me how to open the door when I had a problem. The food that was ordered to the room was freshly made. The guard helped when I tried to order a taxi in the morning. Thank you for the hospitality.

Great value great location great price. This was our first time staying in the hotel and from arrival until departure, our stay was made extremely comfortable by all staff. The receptionist kindly provided several room shows prior to us deciding on the big suite (unsure room name). It was very spacey and the couch folded out into a small bed for our two children. The suite was very clean and air-conditioning worked well. There was ample space in the cupboards to accomodate our clothes and various travel goods. Cleaners did a great job of cleaning our room each day too. The room had a great view of Depok city and the swimming pool below. The hotel occupies the top few levels of the apartment complex, whilst locals resided in the rest. Elevator access to the hotel is seperated from the residential access with security on ground floor to ensure only guests enter. We loved the breakfast buffet. A large assortment if traditional dishes with western dishes too. Unfortunately I do not know the names of the local dishes but I can attest they were all great. The hotel manager was very friendly and constantly did the rounds in the morning chatting with various guests. A big surprise was that the hotel manager whom we came quite friendly with, discovered it was my wife's birthday during our stay, and on her birthday organised a birthday cake and several staff to sing happy birthday when we came down for breakfast. A very very nice touch. The hotel pool was great. No luxury resort style pool, but a simple pool that was fine for the price of the hotel. Although they advertise a gym. It is only two walking machines. A great advantage of the hotel is that it is connected to a local shopping mall with an abundance of great restaurants and a big supermarket downstairs. It is also centrally located on the main road in Depok, but high enough not to hear any traffic or noise.

Having an experience here, to organized a two days meeting for our gov' client. During the set up, we are so hard to coordinate with all the staffs: banquet team was really slow response and make us wait them almost till 3 am in the morning to make it all set well. On the first day of the meeting, the banquet team still slow response, sometimes we asked for an additional and got an extra charged for everything. After kept complaining to the sales in charge, the second day went better than the first day. Not all the staffs are polite, some of the answers to our questions was really annoying, but not all of them, need improvement on hospitality services. The room was good, but the air conditioning is not controllable, it is too cold, we have to ask to the operator to make it normal and they said it was a central conditioning, end up with turn the ac off during the night. I think the hairdryer in my room was broke, when i turn it on, the sound was strange and scary. please do regular check, i stayed on room 719 The good thing about this hotel is the food is delicious and tasty, during breakfast they have a various menu and surprisingly the lunch menu in the meeting package are also delicious. recommended! They serve it clean and safe, thank you.

Very happy to stay there. Staff was helpful. The room is clean, WIFI and AC works great. One thing tho, the TV is not smart yet, so no Netflix etc. But overall not bad at all.

The facilities are quite good, cleanliness needs to be improved, the location is a bit far from downtown Bogor

Would love to share my first experience visiting this hotel. My first impression when I entered the Lobby is very good. Warm greetings given from Front Office team (Bella & Elvan) even though I came to the hotel not as a guest who will check in/stay, they still offered me a help, then they gave me a suggestion to go to The Koffee when I asked them about a place to go where I could enjoy a dessert. Also, great service from Andrew & Tiffany from the F&B side. Tiffany helped to give me some suggestions from their menu then I ordered Red velvet cake & Matcha Latte. I gave a comment about their Matcha which isn’t strong enough for me then Andrew initiatively gave me a jug of Matcha to me. Really appreciate all the staffs I mentioned above, pls look for them if any of you want to visit DoubleTree Bintaro! definitely will come back next time to stay here!

Went here on Sunday during 2nd wave pandemic due to business matter, all of the service are ensuring great health protocol. I judged hotel based on their bathroom firstly and it wasnt disappointing. Great and recommended. Kudos to Mr. Anto for his service as a front desk as well.

Waiting for the elevator took too long because the hotel was full and the elevator capacity was small. The restaurant is also small so there is a queue at breakfast. But the location is ok for those who want to golf, the rooms are clean, we get a family type upgrade. Overall very ok. Booking via trip.com is much cheaper
