The staff at this hotel is simply the nicest group of people I have ever encountered at a hotel. Every single person—from the front desk staff to the housekeepers to the man vacuuming the lobby—went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. That was much appreciated! The hotel itself is pretty average. The rooms are fine. Breakfast is fine. The setting isn’t great—tons of noise from the highway and also no place to sit outside, not a single bench, while the lobby is kept at the temperature of a refrigerator. For these reasons I gave it four stars instead of the five stars it would earn based on the staff. I thought the hotel was overpriced for what it actually is.
