房間樓層很高，很是舒適，面積又大，乾濕分離，木質樓梯和地板，小院整潔又衞生，入住後整個人相當松馳，老闆人好又勤快，奔子欄入住的不二之選。

位置極佳，安靜，房間設施新，床品不錯，早餐也挺好。旁邊就是麗世酒店，所以你可以享受麗世的風景餐食，又低價享受很好的住宿設施，簡直是人生贏家！😛

位置很好，就在麗士酒店的隔壁，可以去酒店花園逛逛，吃飯。老闆推薦的永勝農家飯店非常好。老闆話少一直在幹活，還特別為我們準備了早餐，餅和煎辣椒都很好吃。
村裡的治安應該很好，老闆出門都不用鎖門的。

這個小院估計是我見過最具設計感的院子了，很用心，老闆娘很熱情，房間很新配置很好很大，原木風格很喜歡，洗手池微微小了些，4樓天台風景很好，狗狗也很活潑可愛，入住很愉快，停車在門口路邊如果有專門的停車場就更好啦。推薦來拉市海的遊客入住。
