We were soaked while hiking in the rain. We booked a fireplace + heating room for 1900 yuan. When we checked in, we were told that the fireplace and heating were not available. I stayed in the 8 person room, there was no view from the room itself but the hotel has a lovely deck with great views, it's situated right at the top of Upper Yubeng so perfect for the glacier lake walk.

Over 900 per night, no breakfast.
No advantages except being close to the entrance of the ice lake.
It's a big uphill climb with more than a dozen steps to the hotel.
No luggage porter or elevator.
The sanitation is just average. The entrance light is voice-activated...

There is no solution except to remove the room card...

The room is super nice, with a great view. I booked the room just for the view. It is clean and hygienic, and the price is cheaper than staying in Zayubeng. I stayed there for three nights, and I could see a little bit of the sunrise in Jinshan from the room.
