Very warm, wonderful, and unforgettable! We were a family of three who arrived at night. When the housekeeper saw us, he decided to change us to a larger room because we were the only guests that day. The room was very comfortable with two balconies. The swimming pool was also clean and beautiful. It just so happened that there were only three of us playing in one large swimming pool. It felt like our family had booked their hotel for a day! Moganshan is a great place. I felt like I was in Sri Lanka several times! Baby said, we will come again!

About the room: clean, really comfy bed. Shower was great (strong water pressure which was rare in mountain hotel). Coffee capsules were of good quality- handy when wanting to enjoy a cuppa first thing in the morning with a mountain view.
Hotel location: quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of town centre which was perfect for a relaxing holidays. Local Chinese food restaurants were only 15 mins walk away. Easy to get Didi to go nearby town too.
Also, it’s easy to get to multiple hiking trails in the area.
Service: overall is fine. Staff was flexible and accommodating to meet guests’ needs. However, much improvement is needed for housekeeping as it was not done for one of the days during my stay and I had to ask for it at the end of the day.
And water and coffee was not automatically replenished on certain days. Other than those minor incidents, the service and staff’s hospitality was good.
Food: great breakfast. Restaurant menu was decent. But it will be nicer to have offerings like sandwiches for a light lunch option.

My friend and I travelled from Hangzhou to have a relaxing weekend away in nature. It's truly lived up to our expectations! We had a welcoming arrival, and quickly checked into our room. We had pre ordered our dinner and were soon sat at our table enjoying a delicious pizza and a glass of procecco 🥂. Room was clean and with a beautiful view, teas and coffees included. Breakfast was also delicious with a good choice. We were very lucky as we came on a weekend where there was a bbq and free flow wine option and even joined in with a pizza making workshop. We will definitely be back soon!
