Deqing High Speed Railway Station Kaiyuan Life Hotel

1. The room was extremely dirty, unbelievable for a chain hotel. It was practically uncleaned; there was an unidentified liquid in the bathroom trash can and bags, and visible hair was everywhere. The bedding was also appalling. 2. The bathtub water was yellow, with severe backflow issues, unbearable. They didn't even provide disposable bathtub liners; the one in the photo was one we brought ourselves. 3. The hotel staff's service was extremely poor. We called for a customer service complaint, and security came to check the room. What kind of chain hotel has stooped to needing security to check rooms and provide no service whatsoever? The housekeeping lady was even playing cards on her phone when she came to the room, which speaks volumes about her attitude when cleaning. Security told us the duty manager had already left work; we arrived at 7:30 PM, which is unbelievable, especially since there was no one to handle the complaint. 4. The entire hotel was disorganized. There were no delivery robots; food delivery was available, but some items required guests to pick them up in the lobby. The cleanliness of the areas was appalling, with no one cleaning. The front desk staff were just sitting at their desks. 5. The environment was terrible, with extremely poor soundproofing. I was woken up several times, even in the last room we were given. It was a completely unpleasant experience, and I will never come back. Don't come to this hotel! It has nothing, and coming here is a complete waste of your money!

The laundry room only has one washing machine and one dryer. It took 6 hours to wash the clothes. The key is that there is someone to dry the shoes. The service attitude of the front desk clerk is poor. Breakfast has few varieties and is poor. Will not stay here again.
