Radisson Blu Hotel, East Midlands Airport

Because the early flight so decided to stay at radisson blue which few minutes to the airport, the food is quite good.

Nice food excellent service close to terminal

Really love this place, and it makes a great start to a holiday. Staff are really good, especially Freya, and keep the standards of a very reputable hotel chain that stands out from the rest. Very convenient to East Midlands Airport for those who want to be a stones throw away. Bonus is that there is a hotel shuttle bus to the airport both ways, saving on taxis too!

Stayed the night before flying to Lanzarote. Really enjoyed it, bed extremely comfortable, unfortunately we had to have an early start but would have loved to have languished a lot longer. Ate in the restaurant at night, on the whole enjoyable, particularly the dessert of sticky toffee pudding, although a touch expensive. Service was quite slow but the lovely waitress did apologise. A nice touch is the little shuttle bus to take you to the airport. Would definitely stay again.

The radisson blu hotel exceeded all my expectations, it was spacious and friendly, the rooms were larger than the norm, with a good sized bathroom where you can either have a bath or shower, the bed was extra large and there was complimentary water in the fridge. We had dinner and lunch in the restaurant, the service was quick and the food was lovely. There is a gym on site (never used) as well as a swimming pool, sauna and steam room, lots of areas where there was complimented water and fruit available. Having stayed in many airport hotels this by far is the best.
