Zimmer war wunderschön mit Hamam 😍 aber Da unser Zimmer ganz unten war hatten wir keinen Netz. WLAN hat ab bestimmter Uhrzeit nicht mehr funktioniert. Warmes Wasser ging 2tage lang nicht nachdem wir es gemeldet haben. Hat sich der Personal sofort darum gekümmert.

It's in a wonderful location in the center of Cappadocia where you can see the hot air balloons directly above.
The rooms are not particularly large or new, but they were well maintained. Breakfast is a rare buffet style, but I recommend having breakfast on the terrace.

This hotel is in a very nice location. It is a short walk to the center of Ürgüp and the view from the rooftop terrace is amazing. The staff was very friendly and ready to help me with any problems I had. I highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Ürgüp!

This is an amazing hotel, very traditional with the benefit of everyday luxuries. Excellent shower and comfy bed, very clean room with lovely outside seating area including armchairs and egg chair. The Turkish breakfast is great, but best of all are the staff, super helpful and extremely friendly, even tolerated me speaking my very poor Turkish!!! Would Highly Recommend. Not good for anyone who has problems negotiating stairs.
