Top Hotel, sehr sauber mit freundlichem und sympathischen Mitarbeitenden. Super leckeres Frühstück in einem wunderschönen Ambiente. Die Rezeption ist 24 Stunden besetzt und man bekommt leckere Getränke. Wir können dieses Hotel zu 100 % weiterempfehlen.

Camera rumorosissima, dalla camera si sentivano: l'acqua dei tubi, del rubinetto, dello sciacquone del bagno del piano superiore e della camera accanto, ovviamente anche le voci degli ospiti, ecc.. Auto e scooter che passano di continuo fino a tarda notte. Hotel che necessita palesemente di insonorizzazione e ristrutturazione. Nonostante abbia segnalato tutto questo alla proprietaria con audio registrati del rumore assurdo che c'era fino alle due di notte e a partire dalle 5, continuava a negare infastidita quando sarebbe stato sufficiente ammettere che l'albergo è rumoroso e che magari stanno prendendo dei provvedimenti. Molto gentile invece il receptionist del giorno prima che ha effettivamente ammesso che i rumori dei bagni li sentono anche loro dalla reception e che la mia camera era effettivamente in un piano centrale e quindi più rumorosa. Sconsigliatissimo!!!

Hotel ideale per un weekend con vista Lago di Garda, personale estremamente gentile, accogliente e disponibile. Appena arrivati in struttura ci sono stati forniti tutti i consigli riguardo attività e ristoranti della zona, che abbiamo apprezzato. Le camere sono pulite e spaziose, il buffet della colazione è ricco e con prodotti freschi. Inoltre abbiamo potuto lasciare la macchina nel parcheggio dell’hotel anche per tutta la giornata della nostra partenza.

great staff and clean hotel, still being renovated but our rooms were good. spent 2 nights there and the breakfast was great!
