A great experience! Sanitation service and breakfast are great!

Hotel situato a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro di Desenzano quindi ottimo per la posizione, struttura molto bella e personale accogliente, camere pulite e spaziose, piscina e idromassaggio top. La colazione buona sia per dolce che salato, ha un po’ di tutto, lo consiglio

Hotel a meno di un 1 km dal centro quindi velocemente raggiungibile anche a piedi. Molto carino e pulito, piscina con pochi lettini ma ben organizzata con varie zone in cui rilassarsi. Idromassaggio al terzo piano con lettini e zona divanetti anch'essa molto carina. Parcheggio a pagamento coperto comodo.

Bel soggiorno,hotel molto curato, colazione buonissima con dolce salato davvero ottimi! Stanza e spazi comuni puliti ed il personale è molto accogliente in tutti i reparti! Mi piaceva vedere, sicuramente la proprietaria,a curare le piante, complimenti "Signora della vecchia guardia!!!" Grazie, Alessia e Alex.

Bein Frühstück gab es nur Kaffee aus dem Automaten, eines Vier Sterne Hotel s nicht würdig. Einer der zwei Kaffeeautomaten war defekt und ein Kellner versuchte, erfolglos im Schein einer Handyleuchte sie zu reparieren. Die Mini Aufbackbrötchen waren steinhart.Aufschnitt war Massen Discounter Ware. Angestellte essen vom selben Buffet wie die Gäste. Für die Gäste liegen Zangen für den Aufschnitt bereit. Soweit alles ok, doch was nicht ok ist ,ist das die Angestellten alles mit den Händen , ohne Zangen anfassen. Das ist einfach unhygienisch! Es wurde nur spärlich nachgelegt. Der Dach Wirlpool war nicht nutzbar da abgedeckt. Die sehr schöne Dachterrasse hat leider keine Bar. Für Getränke Bestellungen ist steht ein kleines Telefon bereit. Der Pool vor dem Hotel ist klein und sehr kalt, da immer neues Frischwasser zugeführt wird. Die Zimmer sind gut aber im Bad gibt es sehr wenige Ablagen. Eine große ebenerdige Dusche, inklusive Regenwalddusche ist vorhanden, leider ist der Wasserdruck sehr schwach.Das WC ist viel zu niedrig ,ca. 30 cm über dem Boden. Für ältere Gäste sehr beschwerlich. Das Hotel liegt zwar nur ca. 1 km vom Hafen und der Altstadt entfernt aber die Strasse ist sehr steil und bei Hitze für ältere Menschen eine echte Tortour. Der Balkon ist unsicher, da vom nächsten Zimmer nur mit einem Blumenkasten getrennt. Im Hotel ist alles auf italienisch und nur eine Angestellte sprach etwas deutsch. Im TV gibt es ab Kanal 400 einige deutsche Programme, was aber leider nicht kommuniziert wurde und nur durch Zufall gefunden wurde. Das Abendessen war drittklassig und hat weder uns noch anderen Gästen geschmeckt,war eben drittklassig. Zimmergröße und Einbauschränke sind ok. Es gibt keine Kleider bzw. Garderobenhaken im Zimmer. Das kostenlose WLan ist sehr schnell. Alles in allem wird das Hotel 4 Sternen nicht gerecht ! Am Ende unseres Aufenthalts , wurde sehr direkt darauf hingewiesen, das ein Trinkgeld erwartet wird. Ich würde dieses Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen.

Beautiful hotel... wonderful panoramic terrace with sun loungers for sunbathing and enjoying the view from above. Ideal and very convenient location.... close to the station and a few minutes from the center of Desenzano. I was here a couple of days for work... Honorable mention for the staff who are very attentive to detail. I thank the director Gigliola, and the other staff including Beppe, Giuseppe (maitre), Francesca at the Reception. Nice and complete breakfast, overlooking the window facing the pool. Tips that I have noticed and which are not found everywhere: sugar-free jam, in addition to normal sweetened jam, already cooked hard-boiled eggs and raw eggs to be boiled independently at the desired cooking point, very good yoghurts, biscuits and small fresh pastries, very good pancakes soft, vending machine for particular fruit drinks (pomegranate, ginger etc.), and above all the white cloth napkin embroidered on all the tables instead of the paper ones found everywhere. Nice and spacious modern room. Fully equipped bathroom with large shower and plenty of towels provided. (Much appreciated!). We were also able to try the buffet lunch service... Everything was very good. Special mention for the excellent grilled and au gratin vegetables! Overall, a highly recommended hotel. Next time!

Welcoming and modern hotel in Desenzano del Garda. A few meters from the train station you can easily reach it on foot. In a residential area, the distance from the lakeside and the town center is a few minutes' walk. The rooms are equipped with all comforts, tastefully furnished and spotlessly clean. The linen and bathroom kit in excellent sponge. The personal hygiene products are from the "Acqua dell'Elba" brand, very good. Good and varied buffet breakfast, both sweet and savory. Covered parking on request. The family management of this hotel is an added value.

Quiet hotel. Terrace on the 3rd floor very good (too bad there are no toilets). Breakfast very good. Water too cold in the pool too small. Be careful, very slippery floor in the bedroom shower. No French channel on TV, which is also a shame. Paid bar fridge water. No coffee machine but hairdryer. worse
