perfect location, just 40 to 50 meter to the place for buying tickets and boarding to Sirmione;
lovely services, gentle and kind;
breakfast with many many choices, and the foods themselves tastes really good;
the shortages was that the bathroom is too small, and the door does not have a locking clasp when staying within the room.

Leider ein viel zu hoher Preis für zu wenig Gegenleistung... allerdings war ich beruflich auf der Durchreise von Österreich nach Italien, musste 1 Tag überbrücken und habe somit am Gardasee auf eigene Kosten übernachtet, dass war nun mal in der Hauptsaison... was kann ich da schon anderes erwarten. Ich stufe das Hotel somit in der unteren Mittelklasse ein, und normalerweise ist ein vergleichbares Zimmer für etwa 60 bis 70 Euro zu haben. Somit ist, wie gesagt, mein einziger Kritikpunkt der erwartbar zu hohe Preis, bedingt durch die Urlaubsregion und der Hauptsaison. Für die Hälfte meines bezahlten Preises wäre es dann aber wieder okay und angemessen gewesen...

Lovey room, clean.
Bed comfortable, shower not brilliant and bathroom a bit cramped.
Great location and there is hotel parking at a reasonable charge.

Sono tornata dopo tanti anni ed ho trovato un ambiente piacevolmente rinnovato. La posizione è strategica (vicina a stazione e a 2 passi dal centro). Soggiornato in camera 2 letti singoli, materassi e biancheria di qualità, frigo bar, cassaforte, zona bollitore con tisane varie, mega tv. Qualità del sonno molto buona (camera 136 è laterale), molto ben riscaldata. Il bagno ha i dispenser oltre ad altri prodotti (ciabattine molto gradite), di dimensioni minimal ...forse per la doccia bisogna valutare la propria corporatura! Sala colazione molto "zen" - vedi foto - con prodotti sia dolci che salati (ottime le torte!), molto assortimento. Consigliatissimo, davvero una garanzia.

A very welcoming hotel with a good quality room, clean with amenities. You'll get a decent nights sleep. Reception was helpful, they have an umbrella for the rainy days and the location is ideal. Breakfast was exceptional as was the setting. Highly recommend staying here and great value in my opinion

It was a good hotel convenient for Lake Garda and the Stadio Tre Stelle. The only issue I had was the most convenient power socket in my room didn't work. Once I realised that and pointed it out the staff arranged for an electrician to fix it - unfortunately too late for my trip but the other socket worked so I was able to charge my phone and download my boarding pass for my flight home.
