"I spontaneously booked high-speed train tickets to Chongqing for a trip. The first night I stayed at another hotel right next to Moshun·Qiu. The price was similar, but the experience was terrible (I won't mention the name), so I searched and booked this place in the early hours. The next morning, I arrived at 8 AM to drop off my luggage and added the front desk lady on WeChat before heading out to explore. She was very thoughtful and sent me a travel guide. While we were out, we were informed that our room was ready for check-in. When we returned at noon, she gave us the room card so we could rest first, then came to our room to complete the check-in formalities (it was practically VIP service!).
Anyway, I highly recommend staying here when visiting Chongqing. The excellent service attitude is one aspect. Another is the great location; Ba Yi Snack Street is right to the left downstairs, and it's very convenient to walk to Hongyadong and Jiefangbei. For places a bit further, you can take the subway from Jiaochangkou Station. Thirdly, the hotel facilities are excellent. The room is very spacious, with large windows at the front that provide fantastic natural light. The giant projector is amazing, whether you're watching TV or screen mirroring.

"Hygiene: The room was tidy, clean, and hygienic. I stayed for five days, and every day someone came in to clean, change bathrobes and towels, and empty the trash.
Service: When I first entered the room, the lights were flickering. After communicating with the front desk, they quickly helped us change rooms. There's also free laundry service, which is very convenient.
I especially want to commend the ladies at the front desk. During these five days, I encountered three of them, and they were all very diligent, responsible, polite, kind, and had excellent attitudes. Thumbs up!
They truly enhanced my stay here! ☺️☺️
It was the off-season, so there weren't many other guests, making it very quiet.
Note: The room was on the 34th floor, and there were only three elevators, so the wait was quite long.
The room had a projector for watching TV, but you needed to subscribe to a membership for most content, and free options were limited.
There was Wi-Fi in the room, which was fine for basic communication, but the speed wasn't fast."

SsmazReunion Rest was AMAZING! Right next to Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street and mere minutes from Haochi food street (so much choice!). I honestly cannot recommend this place enough. With a station literally out the front door, a shopping mall and other major sights within walking distance..
My son and I stayed for 5 nights, and it was perfect. The room was big with an amazing view (see my photo), a wonderful bedroom but the best thing about Reunion Rest was Shen Qiuyue! She was a PERFECT host and looked after us so well. We felt so cared for and looked after, and the breakfasts were 10/10 ❤️
She also speaks pretty good English and was so helpful.
I hope to bring my whole family back someday. We had an amazing time and i would recommend this place to everyone.

SsonasI'm currently at my second hotel, reviewing the Moss hotel where I stayed yesterday in the dark. This second hotel, YOLO, is just terrible! It really highlights how great Moss was. I have to say, when booking a hotel, it's essential to read the reviews first. Moss's numerous positive reviews are truly well-deserved.
First, when traveling with kids, hotel cleanliness is paramount. Moss offered an environment where my two-year-old could confidently run around barefoot throughout the room.
Next, the breakfast was exquisite and very hygienic. When traveling, a reliable and tasty breakfast can really set the kids up for a good day.
Then there's the soundproofing. The hotel's design is perfect for someone like me with poor sleep quality. The various lights can be turned on separately, allowing for a gradual transition into sleep, and there was no disturbance from upstairs or downstairs.
Finally, the hotel's location. If you're coming to Chongqing for a relaxed and enjoyable family trip focused on food and fun, this hotel's location is indeed excellent.

ZZhouyoushijiedijiugeguojiaThis is truly an exceptionally well-designed hotel. It was my first time in Chongqing, and I was surprised to find such a place on Danzishi Road. The overall design is superb, and the furniture is very stylish. I particularly loved the desk lamp in my room. On the day I arrived, a staff member named Zeng Zeng gave me a brief tour, and then upgraded my room and even brought some delicious welcome desserts. Since I arrived in the evening, it was perfect that my room had a bathtub, along with a disposable bath bag and bath salts, allowing me to soak and wash away the day's fatigue.
The only slight drawback might be the lack of breakfast 😢😢, but there are plenty of dining options nearby, so it's not really an issue.

RRositaFresitaWent there for the outdoor pool. It was clean and best of all mostly empty. It is located on the fifth floor rooftop. There’s no real place to sunbathe, but they do have a lot of patio seating. They also have the gym nearby and an area for laundry, lockers and showers. There was a lovely check in attendant who spoke English and went above and beyond every time we needed help. She helped hook up my laptop to the television so we could watch movies. So grateful! The rooms were clean and everything still looks well maintained and new. It was a great place for a staycation in Chongqing. Just a few things to note: the mini fridge in the room doesn’t chill things at all. There are four free drinks included (soft drinks, juice). There was a small fruit bowl, but we didn’t eat anything. The breakfast has limited western options, but of course we expected that since this is a Chinese hotel. Eggs, bacon, sausage, cereal. That’s it. They do have Chinese breakfast options, but didn’t try them. We didn’t try the dining options available at the hotel so can’t comment. Overall, it was a great place to stay. I would recommend it as a nice, clean and new hotel for visitors coming to CQ and staying in the Palm Springs area.

MM253818****This was an absolutely fantastic trip! Both the hardware and the service were impeccable. The butler contacted us in advance, met us where we got off, and helped with our luggage. When we arrived in the evening, supper was also delivered to our room. The portion size of the supper was seriously like a full meal.
The amenities in the room were the most generous I’ve ever seen in a hotel. They even thought of earplugs and eye masks, and the shampoo and body lotion provided were excellent.
This package also included a superb dinner, which my friend and I enjoyed as an early Christmas celebration. The Basque cheesecake among the desserts was incredibly delicious. Later, when we were sunbathing and having tea on the terrace, a server brought us sliced fruit and some small cookies. In short, I felt that the hotel's generosity stems from a magnificent operating philosophy. After reading the hotel team's introduction, it's clear that their aesthetic, attention to detail, and employee enthusiasm are all top-notch. My only regret is that there aren't more hotels like this – I've already recommended it to all my friends!

My trip to Chongqing included a stay at Niccolo, and it truly delivered on both luxury quality and attentive service. Definitely a perfect score!
I especially want to commend ARM NCQ and Jasmine from Housekeeping. These two duty managers proactively offered us a fruit platter and even thoughtfully brought us some snacks!
The restaurant team, particularly Manager Yuan, was the icing on the cake! Dining on the 62nd floor, he expertly recommended dishes that blended local flavors, adjusted them to our dietary preferences, and arranged a window seat for us to enjoy the sunset over the river. He even surprised us with complimentary champagne and juice!
The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the IFS, and the sky lobby offers breathtaking night views. This experience truly impressed me with the staff's genuine sincerity. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Chongqing!

GGuest UserChecking in last night, I immediately noticed a small plate of washed fruit on the table in my room. The apple was crisp and sweet, and the tangerine was easy to peel – it instantly washed away the weariness of my journey.
The most interesting part was the two pillows on the bed: one fluffy and soft, the other firm and supportive. I slept soundly all night. It's amazing how such a small detail can make one feel so comfortable.
I woke up naturally in the morning and headed downstairs for breakfast. The congee was perfectly smooth, and with the pickled vegetables and freshly fried dough sticks, it was a simple yet satisfying start to the day.
There wasn't any extraordinary story during this stay, but it felt like encountering a thoughtful yet quiet friend: knowing you're tired, preparing tea and fruit; understanding different sleeping preferences, quietly offering an extra option. This understated thoughtfulness is what makes it memorable and relaxing.
It's the kind of place I'd recommend to friends.

GGuest UserOverall a great place. Beautiful rooms of the highest quality in every regard. The best features are the hot spring pools in the rooms of course. The showers are also great( two in every shower room) Great quality TV with great sound. Good selection of movies( not the latest releases) but all free. Food at the hotell restaurants had good standard. The best we have experienced in China. But for double the price we would pay for the same quality Chinese food in Norway. Surprisingly!
But keep clear of the pizza. It is actually just a frozen pizza type. Very small. We didn’t order any more western dishes after that, except for the Cesar’s salad. Which was good.
The place is old now and a bit worn. But it’s still is very very beautiful and high quality.
Where this hotell really shines is the services of the staff. Even if they don’t speak English and we don’t speak Chinese they are very patient.
To a Norwegian it is almost too much. They carry your bags even when thy are too heavie and many for one person.
They drive you you to and from your room if you have a villa.
We got an upgrade from ordinary room with hot spring pool and double bed to a villa! Because we found 6 small worms in the shower room.
I think this is pretty hard to avoid in such a sub tropical and humid environment.
But we reported it to the staff and they immediately gave us an upgrade with a complementary big fruit basket. We were blown away by this huge upgrade.
Only thing that was a bit negative and unexpected is the extra deposit fee which is quite high.
I think this should have been more clearly informed in the hotell booking and hotell online page.
We were a bit low on funds as Banyan tree was our last hotell stay in China before leaving and we were on a planned but tight budget.
We solved it of course with our Mastercard but it caused a bit stress for us.
And a second thing is that using Alipay instead of WeChat is more difficult at the hotell. ( not impossible)But without Chinese phone number you can’t use WeChat.
