GGuest UserWhen we checked in, they took the initiative to upgrade our room to the fifth floor, and also reserved another room, which was super large and very quiet. Although the hotel was built earlier, it was very clean, and all the staff greeted us with a smile. Especially Wanwan at the lobby information desk, who was active, enthusiastic and thoughtful. After learning that we had no housekeeper contact, she took the initiative to add WeChat to provide services. As a parent-child hotel, it is especially suitable for young babies, with rich breakfast and amusement facilities. We stayed for three days and two nights, but we didn't experience all of them. It's worth coming again next time.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is very suitable for taking photos and the environment is very good. The room is spacious and has good privacy. The sound insulation is average, and the sound from the corridor can be heard clearly in the room. Fortunately, it was off-season when we went there, so it didn't have much impact. The restaurant is quite satisfactory, with many dishes to choose from, and the same menu for lunch and dinner, with moderate taste. Breakfast is mainly Chinese food, and there are very few Western food options. The set meal is better in taste and quantity. The island is very natural and has a good view. It is more considerate to apply for free snacks purchased by yourself. What is more surprising is that all food and drinks in the refrigerator in the room are charged. Overall, the hotel's scenery and environment are higher than expected, and the rest are quite satisfactory. It is also recommended to equip the room with the necessary facilities for ironing.

GGuest UserOur time at the Sheraton Qiandao Lake was excellent. The staff went out of their way to help us and make our trip and stay smooth. Sauron was especially helpful and was only a text message away. We would really recommend the hotel. The hot springs were lovely and warm! The only slight inconvenience is its slightly further away from everything and you need to Didi for everything as non Chinese citizens can't use the ebikes or bikes as a foreigner.

But as a global hotel enthusiast, you must judge yourself. The result is... it's worth it!! The hotel style is elegant and picturesque. One step at a time, a view, people swim in the painting. The location is so dominant that it seems to have monopolized the 5A scenic spot. There is no need to elaborate on the hard decoration and design. There are high-end and considerate details everywhere. Bathrobes made of two fabrics meet skin-friendly and warm requirements. Guerlain's fragrance and care kit. Super exquisite and delicious guest meals delivered directly to the room. Light green contrasting slippers... Is there anyone who can understand the surprise of people who like green? There are two more surprise experiences, which are the meticulous butler and travel photography. Special praise for Alex (Xiao Hu). Such a nice and cute little brother! Every word has a response Ying Takes good care of you Thank you for making our trip experience more perfect~ A good housekeeper is really important~ I like the composition of the travel photos I love the group of chess with my boyfriend! I like other scenes too~ The beautiful moments must be recorded well (5 photos are given in the room) The weather is slightly cool It is inconvenient to go into the independent swimming pool in the room It is cloudy and drizzling and the sky is not perfect But it just gives me a reason to come again To plan the next ride, the hotel's colorful activities, the pool party in the room, and the joy of gathering with relatives and friends~ A small suggestion is... The consumables are all very good, but the cotton pads are too bad to shed lint, it is recommended to replace, or cotton towels are also great~ In short, it is the best choice for a short-term escape vacation in China~

FFrancisco VertedorWe had an unforgettable experience at Bright Resort in Qindaohu. Everything was absolutely perfect. Spectacular views, amazing villa, delicious food and very kind staff. We enjoyed walking in the nature, the fresh air and the amazing views. We spotted big fish, eagles and aquatic birds. The breakfast and the food at the Chinese restaurant were delicious. Totally recommended for families, couples and singles.
