Service here is good and the staffs are very attentive; the facilities, especially the hot spring area is good quality, great atmosphere in around the hotel and it’s exactly why I like the New world hotel brand. It’s a form of art.
Some disappointment though as we were expecting a relaxing atmosphere during our stay, there’s actually a wedding function at the restaurant which makes it quite noisy through out our dinner.

The house equipment is consistent with the picture, suitable for family outings and friends gatherings. Adults can live for 12 people + 1 child, because there are two twin rooms (1.5 meters wide/piece), two double bed rooms (1.8 meters wide), one of the twin rooms is a parent-child room, go to bed 1.2 meters, get off the bed 1.5 meters, there is a chair broken, Management is replaced in time, butler service is thoughtful and meticulous.

The service is very good. I will help the car and luggage to the house. I will take us to the villa and send steam eye masks. Earplugs know that we have brought children to help upgrade the children's theme room. The sanitation is quite good. The hot spring water is not hot enough. It is a little hotter later. Mainly when we go. The temperature became cold and some tickets were sent to the black tea manor to see. There is also a tea factory nearby to visit. It seems that there is an amusement park nearby. We didn't go.

AAsh & MedsOur stay at the Sheraton Lion Lake Hotel can be summarised in one word, disappointing.
I believe this was/has the potential to be a lovely hotel to visit. The hotel and its grounds are massive, however, most areas are closed and there is a general feeling of abandonment. Fountains and water features are empty, shops closed, grass is overgrown and facilities a little dated and tired. The indoor pool and one of the restaurants were closed and the outdoor pool was not very clean.
What it did have was excellent customer service, the Moroccan theme was very cool and the rooms overlooking the lake were clean and had a lovely balcony.
Overall, not worth the money. If you are looking for a base to sight-see Qingyuan, there are much cheaper hotels around and if you are wanting to enjoy a staycation this will be a disappointment.

Hygiene: Although it can be seen that the villa is a bit old, it is well maintained and very clean.
Environment: My family and I like the environment of the villa. In addition to the independent swimming pool, you can also fish by the pond. There is also a large courtyard suitable for the elderly to drink tea and chat. It is also a pet-friendly hotel. Everyone can find their own comfortable space here.
Service: The service team of the entire hotel is very good, responsive and thoughtful. Before booking a room, I read many comments that said thank you to the housekeeper Miaomiao. This time, I really felt the service of the housekeeper. He added my WeChat in advance, informed the specific location, answered all questions, and booked the shuttle bus for the elderly to have breakfast in advance. In addition to the housekeeper, the driver of the white car took us to the breakfast place and got off the car to guide us where to take the elevator, which was really considerate. There was also an uncle who sent us quilts and sugar water at night, and told us that we could go out for a walk to see the fireworks and the community by the lake, so that we had a one and a half hour casual stroll in the evening.
In terms of food, we were given fruits when we went there, and there were desserts in the evening. The buffet breakfast was not bad, fresh, and the style was moderate.
The hotel is not far from Guangzhou, and there are Vanke's own unique Meisha nature and outdoor activities. I think there will be a next time.

KKimberlybbThe travelling experience in xilegu was complicated. Some aspects were excellence with some areas to be improved. Service was good. Our family had fun in circus performance though the scale was small and without safety measures. Breakfast buffet food was good. Hotspring was fine and water park hygiene can be better especially the water quality. The pool floor was full of subtle tiles due to lack of maintenance. Accommodation was good and spacious with private hotspring. The staff kept reminding to leave a comment which is very detailed mind.

The hotel has a beautiful environment, fresh air, and a Southeast Asian decoration style with a touch of antique flavor, which makes people feel relaxed and happy; the fragrant sleep theme package (two breakfasts and two nights + 2 private hot springs + unlimited public hot springs + wetland park) is really worth it; the special surprise is that the room has windows on three sides, with a wide view and beautiful scenery (third floor, higher than other villas); it is really cool to enjoy the open-air private hot spring while visiting the mountain scenery (cherry blossoms or yellow wind chimes in different seasons); the wetland park is also very beautiful, with camping facilities, barbecue or tea tasting will be a first-class enjoyment, but it’s a pity that I didn’t catch up with the season when rape flowers are in full bloom; dinner is a buffet hot pot, Qingyuan chicken is famous for its deliciousness, and breakfast is a buffet, which is also good; it should be a five-star management, so there is no problem with hygiene; I especially want to emphasize that the front desk Xiao Zhou and the housekeeper Xiao Zou are very considerate and thoughtful. Just for them, I want to go a few more times. If there is a flaw, the water was cut off for half an hour in the afternoon, saying that the water pipe downstairs was leaking and was being repaired.
