However, cleanliness should be improved. The refrigerator needs proper cleaning, the toilet door was dusty, and the toilet floor was not very clean. Overall, it is still a good stay."

AAnonymous UserPillows a little worn out , too softy, needing new replacement. Check in & out was a breeze. In room dining menu is limited in variety and price fixed high across all foods. Ordered a medium size non meat pizza and it cost nearly Rm100 during working hrs. Buffet dinner was limited in variety and quality below expectation for the higher mother day dinner buffet. Discount 10% only for my adult 2 kids to join dinner. Enjoyed the unagi at dinner, lamb roast too undercook pink for me. On the other hand, Room view of the city was fabulous. They provide 1 pump out lotion at the room wash basin instead of soapy foam, which is kinda odd.

Zz3phyrGreat stay overall with an amazing atmosphere and location. The hotel is just a few blocks from key attractions like Pavilion Mall, Jalan Alor for street food at night, and Suria KLCC by the Petronas Twin Towers, making it very convenient to get around.
The view from the room is a highlight, with a clear look at the Petronas Twin Towers, which light up beautifully at night. The hotel vibe itself is fantastic, and the infinity pool is a standout, offering views of Merdeka 118 and KL Tower, with even a partial view of the Petronas Twin Towers from certain spots.
The room comes with decent amenities, including a small couch and a complimentary mini bar (non-alcoholic) with water, Coke, Sprite, mango juice, and orange juice, which is a nice touch.
The rainfall shower has excellent water pressure and is very enjoyable, though the drainage could be improved as water can pool slightly on the floor. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely return.

JJawshiiStayed here for a night as a driving pitstop. First off, great location. No comments on it seeing that it is very near to Pavillion and KLCC. But one thing to note is that the hotel is inside the Intermark building, as such, utilization of the lifts is extremely pain-staking as the employees of the business buildings and the other commuters would be using it as well. I personally have to wait roughly 5 minutes for the lifts to reach me on average for accessing my car at the basement carparks. On a clearer side, the Hotel gave us their legendary Cookies upon checking in😍🥰 That clearly lofted the mood for a bit. Room was great. Beddings and lavatory are immaculate:) The breakfast was super bountiful! I highly recommend to give it a try during your stays in the future. All in all, if you’re not driving, then the establishment is highly recommended. 👍

Good and convenient. Easy to get around Kuala Lumpur, and close to key areas, so getting around wasn’t an issue.
Room:
Spacious and well-maintained with a more classic luxury feel. The bathtub was one of the highlights — great for relaxing after a long day out.
Comfort:
Bed is super huge and very comfortable. Easily one of the best parts of the stay, slept really well.
Overall:
A reliable luxury hotel in KL. Not overly trendy, but comfortable, well-kept, and does what you’d expect from a luxury stay.

QQixingfangzhuWe're pretty picky, and we stayed here for the Sammi Cheng concert. The hotel service was absolutely top-notch, fantastic! The only minor hiccup was a slight communication issue between the booking agent and the hotel, which delayed our check-in by about 30 minutes. However, both Trip.com and the hotel offered compensation, which was appreciated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and there was absolutely no noise, which was a definite improvement over the Guangzhou Four Seasons. The room was also impeccably clean and tidy – a big shout-out to the cleaning staff! I'll definitely try to choose Four Seasons for my future travels.

刘刘思雅We were here for a conference, and the hotel is right next to the convention center! It's within walking distance. There's a large mall right by the hotel with shopping, massages, and all sorts of restaurants. The room is spacious, and the bed is very comfortable. This is our second time staying here, and we're very satisfied.
