The duty manager Best was truly above n beyond, he spent 2 hrs tracking down my ATM bank card which I stupidly left in ATM machine after withdrawing money at airport. He called K Bank at 2:15am to see it they had kept the card! Next morning they miraculously found it and concierge head Mr TOP arranged for Rosewood staff at airport to escort me to KBank to pick up the card b4 my departure. This is truly going the extra mile to show their incredible hospitality! Hotel room is a haven, amazing decor n so quiet, w/lovely view of the city

Excellent service, memorable stay & experience with Louis Vuitton event & Virgil Abloh FW22 show.. We must commend manager Ben & his immaculate team at the FS Spa. Congratulations for a successful opening. We were the very first clients on 31 May at 10am appointment, greeted warmly by Ben as the elevator doors opened. Our masseuses were warm, engaging and professional, with excellent firm hands for our Oil remedial massage. In addition, the Spa shop has beautiful products for purchase. The concierge service via WhatsApp is convenient, efficient and just what modern travelers find useful. Day to day housekeeping requests, in room dining order, restaurant bookings etc. Nothing is too much to ask for the excellent FS team who is service-oriented and well-trained. We had a river-view room. It definitely adds to our experience in Bangkok, especially adding to our long awaited post-pandemic travel excitement. The view over Chao Phrya river & BKK city, day and night, is beautiful. We enjoyed the main pool at different times of the day, never crowded. Attentive poolside service upon arrival, towels freshly prepared over sunbeds, iced water for all, magazines & sunscreen at hand, what more could one ask for. The water is clean, the pool layout is great, the change rooms one level down is immaculate and enjoyable. Wi-Fi is available in all parts of the hotel. Lastly, the food and ambience. The hotel has a luxurious comfortable feel. The lobby is grand and impressive. Breakfast at Riva has eggs made-to-order, freshly cut tropical fruits, flakey pastries. Daily Thai iced teas for everyone!

The Standard Hotel, Bangkok: Not your standard but of exacting exalted standards. I’m a loyalist to Standard Hotel LA Downtown. It has a bit of an irreverent and non-conformist verve - attracting a gamut of characters from the ultra pretentious to the authentically creative or artistic types. It is flashy, LGBT embracing, unapologetic, over the top, form defying, stylish, excessive, extravagant, wanton and bursting with character. Hence it will always be a magnet for characters and drug-fuelled-all-nighter parties but you can expect a scrubbed-clean version in BKK. I flew to Bangkok specifically for the new Standard Hotel - I’ve been dying to check this out. It absolutely doesn’t disappoint. You do get hordes of pretentious IG-ers or alleged annoying influencers doing their 3 hour shoots. But if you got a creative eye like I do and genuinely appreciate solid architecture, offbeat interior styling and intricate art pieces then this place is heaven for you. The style is a mash-up of the most daring and eclectic seemingly mismatched pieces that miraculously come woven together to create a signature style. It is so incredible. There’s no ordinary here - the commanding ceiling art piece outside The Standard Grill restaurant is so technically remarkable I stood there to drink up all the details. It’s so layered here - I feel that the vanity of the superfluous influencers robbed the true meticulous design considerations. I can go at lengths about the styling but I’ll just state that you should deconstruct every element and wow your senses. Everything is modestly sized - pool. Steam room, restaurant, bars, etc. Restaurants are an experience unlike any other - Ojo is mex glam meets Jetson futuristic posh. Tease is a popup fairy tale afternoon tea delight. Mott 32 is chinois haute glam. Standard Grill is tailored classiness. The Parlor is a riot of styles. They are all so exciting. What’s even better is the incredible service. There are some hits and misses but the staff genuinely strive to please. Tina who is busy darting around at the reception, lobby and everywhere is saccharine sweet and effervescent. We nearly missed our flight when the sky emptied and no cabs were found. She so very coolly and humorously handled our mini crisis with such panache, we were so impressed. Look past the superficial influencers or pretentious wannabes. Come and blow your senses out with an experience you should bucket list. #eatstylishtravelstylish

Thank you W Hotel Bangkok for the ultimate experience throughout my 5D4N stay 😇 definately the BEST hotel I've stayed in Bangkok thus far Excellence in service from all your service oriented staffs , from concierge to the front desk and all your Lounge /restaurant staffs. Your in room dining food exceeded my expectations , compliments to the chef 💛 I wish I would have the time to try all your in room dining menu. Cocktails from W lounge was just the best ! Luxury hotel!

Excellent~! except 4 things below. Staffs are SUPER kind. 1. Luggage keeping for early check in I checked out from Four seasons and continuously checked in to Capella. So I asked my luggage from Four seasons to Capella. But I was very disappointed when I first saw that my luggage are stored outside of Capella lobby. My luggage was outside of the building and the weather was more than 35 degrees at that time. My luggage should be cooked. If I knew that you guys will store my luggage outside of the building, I wouldn't ask that kind of request. I would carry them for myself and ask put my luggage inside of the storage before check-in. If you and Four seasons decided to care for luggage service for customers who use both hotel, you need to store customers' luggage inside the building which is cool and safe. 2. Electric blind. Because of malfunctioning of the blind in the bathroom. I had to call for the staff at night. But there were dust and dirt at one of engineering staff's clothes. I understand that he could easily have dirt on his clothes considering that he is an engineer but anyway he brought dust in my room. Moreover, it took some time to fix the electronic blind and it caused lots of dust while fixing and they had to step up my washstand so that I requested to clean. But when the staff came to clean the bathroom, he doesn't look so professional. First, he brought 3 hand mops in his hand but hand mops look dirty(at least not clean, old, too much used, stitches loosen) and his cleaning process doesn't look so professional too. I guess he might not be professional cleaning staff, rather than night watch. I explained him that due to fixing the blind, there were lots of dust there, and he said ”Yes” but he just wiped out washstand and wash bowl. But still lots of dust remains on the water tap which shines so that easily looking for dust. 3. Cin Cin hour Cin Cin hour itself was good. But the qualify of finger food was bad considering expectation of Capella. It seemed that the finger food came from leftover of the morning buffet. The finger food was dried and not fresh. Also, in my experience of both four seasons(BKK Social Club) and Stella, overall interior is better in BKK Social Club. 4. Boat Time Table From 7 pm, Boat arrives and leaves at Pier 1 from ICONSIAM(used to be Pier 3 during daylight). But there was no explanation not only in the time table but also from the staff. So, I missed the boat and had to spend another hour.

I was very much looking toward to my stay at SO as I’d been to many wine and cheese nights and always thought it looked 5star fabulous. The service was fine at check in, they didn’t go overboard with information but speedy enough. The hotel smelt gorgeous and was quite trendy but super dark! We stumbled to our room after getting out the lift! The room itself, I’d gone for the cheapest So Comfy, city view. Was certainly large enough, very stark and white but clean, but I’d definitely say it was worn. The fridge door wouldn’t close and the table rocked on its legs. Every piece of furniture was rather angular and the sink and taps in the bathroom were impractical. There was actually some building work going on outside our room ( this was 10.30 pm Sunday night) and the aircon unit dripped rhythmically until I switched it off. We were very disappointed in the morning to discover there was only one English teabag and zero milk or powdered substitute, 3 sachets of decaf coffee and only one normal… for a 5star establishment I find this sloppy… we need our caffeine in the morning! Breakfast, however, was delicious, lots of choice. Good coffee, protein balls and rejuvenating shakes Pool area was fine ( again not as I’d remembered) quite narrow and very busy, but the staff were pleasant and the dj was good. Great views overlooking the park and the Bangkok traffic. Overall I’d go back for brunch or wine and cheese and if I was feeling flush I’d book a better room, otherwise there’s cheaper places for the same quality.

This is my second stay at this hotel this year, the first being for a business trip and this time around, it's a leisure visit with my mom. The hotel manager went above and beyond by surprising my mom with a scrumptious chocolate cake, which was a lovely gesture. The staff members have consistently been accommodating and friendly throughout our stay. Its proximity to the newly opened Emphere shopping mall adds to its appeal. Moreover, the breakfast offerings were exceptional. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

If you stay more than two days, you realize the breakfast is really boring, always the same. The swimming pool is great, you have a great view of the Bangkok city center. The location of the hotel is premium! As for the cleanliness, the rubbish bin in the toilet is really small and the cleaning personnel not very diligent. It is difficult to open or close balcony door. As for the hotel restaurant, prices of the dishes do not match the quality. The dessert was quite disappointing, despite being the most expensive in the menu. The hotel staff didn’t change the greeting message on the TV screen, so instead to feel welcomed, I had the impression of the utter negligence, as the greeting was for someone else (probably the previous guest), not me. The choice of TV channels could have been better.

This is Not my first time to stay here; always the best services of this hotel. Looking forward to have loyalty programme and I can come back again on my next trip.

Bedroom is huge! As usual Bed and Pillows are comfortable. Clean room. The hotel has a very unusual dark theme . Lift needs to have lights shining at the buttons otherwise we can’t see what to press. Nice scent in the lobby. Wifi keeps kicking us out. Staff are efficient in English.
