These properties have seen better days - maybe in the 70s. Grounds and cottages not well maintained. Probably the low price leader in Destin if your willing for the trade off on space and condition.

We paid 782 for three nights ND out flight was canceled the last minute due to bad weather in Destin.. I called then as soon as I found out and was told the money might get refunded if the filled out spot amd to call back in a few days. None of the m9ney was refunded. 140 dollar cleaning charge amd we didn't even stay there. We were hoping to rebook so we could still have out mini vacation. I can understand keeping some of the money but not all of it.

Very affordable condo, right across the street from beautiful Destin’ Crystal Beach. The only problem is that 95% of the beach is private and you have to walk a long way to the public portion. You need to bring everything, as they don’t offer many extras , but the condos have a nice pool and it’s in a lovely, quiet and safe area.

By far the most disgusting place I have ever stayed. If there were anything at all available during this holiday weekend we would have left. It’s filthy. Parking is non existent and definitely not enough for 2 spaces. No blankets for the bunk beds. Bedding for the couch was dirty and the couch is even dirtier. Door code didn’t work. It smells like mold. We will probably leave with sinus infections. I plan to drink enough to actually fall asleep at this $hit hole tonight.
