The hotel looks fancy in the outside but not in the inside as I got a broken flush on the toilet bowl and shower which has so much drains!! The reception Denise does not have a solution to fix it on the same night as I’ll be checking-out the next early morning.

We felt a little deceived by the pictures of the rooms at the hotel. Our room was nothing like the pictures at all. A little run down. It is a great location and we enjoyed our stay.

Lovely historical spot and just beautiful! Walkable to many things and super close to all of the sports stadiums. The room and space were beautiful and the on site parking was a huge bonus! Breakfast hours were not great and too late to be used for us. And the place itself was lacking a bit cleanliness wise as things were dusty in spots. But staff were very nice and being able to stay in this beautiful landmark was a treat!

Denise at front desk was lovely! Accommodations were absolutely beautiful, the decor was unique and the bedroom was spacious. Very large bathroom with nice toiletries. Beds could be updated-- they were fine, but I felt the springs. Skip the breakfast, which was minimal, but adequate.

The staff was very friendly and the room was nice with a decent view of the city. The building itself was beautiful and parking was conscientious as well as how close it was to the Fillmore where our show was. They offered a small breakfast in the morning which was nice and the other guests were very friendly also.
