The hotel location is good . Hotel and rooms are clean and decent. Food quality I would say 4/5.

Stayed here for 6 nights, it was an awful experience and would not recommend staying here.
The internet in this hotel does not work, we were lied to all week by the so called manager who stated it would be fixed the next day, this was for the first 3 days of our stay.
They even admitted they had problems using it and every time we got them to check it didn't work. The said they would replace the wifi provider, yet nothing changed the whole 6 days there.
He lied and said he would give us a personal router, which never happened yet told the booking company had given us one, so basically lying to us and them.
Also power cuts in the hotel which then trips the room and need to go and reset it in the lobby using the RCD....
Much nicer hotels in Tapovan, save your money and go elsewhere!

A dirty and dingy hotel with tattered linen in rooms. Premium room come shared balcony which opens into dirty street( you have paid extra for it bingo!).
They switch off ac in night and restart in morning (how smart!). MakeMyTrip is also hands in glove with this hotel providing paid rating. Their google rating is also fake. Feeling cheated absolutely.

Property good. Location is too congested. Parking facility also very limited. Need to seriously think for parking vehicles. The street is too narrow - also very steep. Vehicles cannot move in & out easily. The property name should also be highlighted on the road with directions

Great property in the middle of tapovan where you can access the best cafe's in just few minutes walk. Rooms and clean and well maintained. Staff are really cooperative, and their restaurant staff are really very well behaved and cooperative. Overall best property for perfect stay.
