I only stayed one night, and with the exception of a slow draining bathroom sink, the room was great. It was really clean, and the bed comfortable. The reception staff were very friendly. I would stay there again.

we have been coming there for a few years and noticed that the Atlantic Oceanside is getting a little run down compared to Block party. Also the room was not as clean as usual. Found pee dribbles in front of toilet and plastic cups without plastic and looked used

hotel is beachside, steps to great beach access. right in the center of all the fun at Dewey, all the bars, restaurants and shops are walkable. friendly staff, nice room, great value. have stayed multiple times here and will return!

We came to Dewey Beach to volunteer for an event. We picked this location because of it's location. The motel was average and we would stay there again. If you are looking for fancy, this is not the right place. We were happy with the accommodations. The bed was comfy and we had a small refrigerator which was nice. My only complaint was the shower/tub did not drain properly.

This hotel has a great location, right in the center of town and close to the beach. It's not luxurious, but the rooms are clean. modern and good sized, making it an excellent value for the money.

Clean and updated rooms were a plus. The motel was less than a 5 minute walk to the beach which was AMAZING. The staff were so friendly and helpful. My only complaints are that the pool didn't appear to be clean so we decided not to utilize it and, 2 double beds were not big enough for 2 teens and one adult Two queen beds would of been perfect. Otherwise, we were very satisfied with our stay.

My dog and I stayed here the week before Memorial Day and we had the best of times. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The property was well maintained and we really enjoyed our stay. Definitely recommend staying here with your fur babies! Definitely plan on coming back soon! Close to the beach with lots of shops and food options within walking distance.
