It's my worst hotel experience ever. They gave me a disability room, so all things were set up to be easy for a wheelchair person to reach, but it was not suitable for a regular person. The sink, the shelves, and the outlets were designed to be lower than standard, and also, the shower has no glass to prevent the water from spilling out of it, so when someone took a shower, that meant the bathroom floor would be full of water, and no one could use it until the water dried.
I requested so many times to change the room, and I've gotten no response.

First of all, the water pressure is too weak, so the toilet flows well and the shower comes out well. There are no outlets for foreigners, only Saudi Arabia, so it is inconvenient for foreigners to use and there are no outlets at the front. I stayed in room 105, but my phone was broken and there was no vacuum cleaner, so I had very, very long hair on the shower towel, a sticker with soap dang behind the bathroom door, food stains in the refrigerator, and some stickers on the front of the TV in the living room. I asked for a Saudi-style charger for charging my phone, but it was not accepted and the water was a bit dirty, but it was good because it was a private beach. The staff are friendly, but the resort is not convenient for foreigners to use. There was sputum floating in the pool water, and plastic bags flying in the seawater. It was worth it though. The location was good, the staff was good, and the view was good.

Every time I go to Damman on business, I will stay at this hotel. The location is very good. Although the hotel room facilities are old, they are relatively clean. The food that the hotel can choose for breakfast is relatively simple (Saudi is like this), but overall it is worth the price.

Resort place and location was good and has good parking area and room price and size is good. The toilet is the important part of the room which need to be renovation and fixed, it look bad , also there is no hot water in the kitchen, which if I need to was anything during winter time I need to use cold water. I think if they will renovate the toilet I may book again. In addition the room service guy didn't bring all the item we ask untill we give him tips, and there is no instructions of the snacks that are free or paid in the room

I have stayed in many hotels in Saudi Arabia. This is the best hotel I have experienced during my business trip. The gym is perfect~! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! It's great, breakfast is good, and sleep is quiet. You must drive in Saudi Arabia. It is not convenient to walk. The biggest mall in the city is just across the street. 5 minutes drive. It's over if you walk. . . . Can't walk through. . . . No one walked. It is a new hotel. The only downside is that there are no windows. Others are full marks. Next time you come, you should still live here. The price is very high.

The overall environment is pretty good
But this time I don’t know whether the hotel communicated your problem internally or what the reason was. My order included breakfast and dinner. On the first day I went there, there was no record in the restaurant. I had to call the front desk to confirm. The next day I went for dinner. I had already reported my room number before the meal, but when I left after eating, the restaurant staff chased me out and asked me if I had paid! ?
