Stayed four non-consecutive nights, in the same room. Hotels in Bangladesh are not accustomed to western visitors, so it's important to adjust expectations accordingly. Located in the upscale Banani district, within walking distance of multiple restaurants and shops. No soundproofing and constant traffic noise/honking from the street (although it quiets down at night) - ear plugs and white noise are essential. Small room, plenty of power outlets, desk area, electric kettle. No safe. AC worked well. Overall comfortable bed and pillows. Small bathroom with everything in working order. Shower located between the sink and the toilet, no shower door or curtain. Good water pressure. Hot water needs to be turned on in advance. Breakfast buffet with local items. Hot water for tea not always ready. Wifi with average speed but frequent hiccups. Friendly staff with varying levels of English.
