They somehow deleted my booking, so I sat in the foyer for six hours until someone worked out what was happening. To their credit, they found me another hotel when a manager took responsibility, but it cost me more and shouldn’t have taken as long to rectify. I have travelled for twenty years, and this is up with there with one of the worst experiences to date.

It was my first time to go on a business trip to Bangladesh, so I chose a mid-range hotel with a good sanitation environment, warm service from the staff, and smooth English communication. I will continue to choose this hotel on my next business trip🥰

The room is spacious, equivalent to a small suite, the location is not bad, and it is generally clean. I stayed here for four or five days, and once I encountered that the cleaning was not done, and once I encountered that the cleaning did not change the slippers. Because this country is relatively poor, the toiletries are only at the level of domestic two or three hundred chain hotels.

The room is very large, the conditions inside are very good, the surrounding transportation is very convenient, and the breakfast is very rich. The swimming pool is also very good, the service staff are warm and polite, and I will continue to stay!

This time I came to check in and chose this hotel. The overall feeling exceeded expectations and was newer than the hotels I had stayed in before. After the opening of the airport expressway, it will only take more than 20 minutes from the airport to the hotel. It is located in Gushan District 1, right on the lakeside. The location is relatively convenient. Next to the hotel is a street where banks are concentrated. There are also many restaurants and coffee shops near the hotel. There is a swimming pool on the first floor of the hotel. The rooms are relatively spacious, somewhat similar to the layout of an apartment. The service staff are friendly and attentive. There is a restaurant on the first floor. The breakfast is not rich but it is sufficient.

This was my first time staying here and I was surprised by the high level of customer service. In my opinion, it is a 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ hotel. The building was new and I had a stress-free stay. If you can't decide on a hotel, we recommend choosing this one! There are many stylish cafes and restaurants nearby, so you won't have any trouble finding food! 🥳

The apartment hotel is located in the wealthy Gulsan area. The area is clean and safe, and there are many restaurant options. The only drawback is that the rooms are not non-smoking. After changing rooms, there is still a smell of cigarettes, which is very uncomfortable and not accustomed to.

We had a wonderful workshop at Heights. The food and venue were amazing and thier staff, very well-behaved. Sales Manager, Mr. Shuvo was really helpful in suggesting the right options for us. Would highly recommend to colleagues and friends.

The staffs were very friendly and professional. Very calm and clean environment Very Good location near popular restaurants and corporate offices. Really enjoyed their freshening breakfast. Smooth check in and checkout process and staffs were supportive for travel ride.

All the staff is very kind. The place and the service is marvelous. Mr. Enamul is really the best, just lovely. The swimming pool and the restaurant are so so nice. Best quality best services best prices. I suggest you to go, don’t miss this wonderful experience.

Sunny from room services team is always one step ahead in terms of upjolfknv the quality services of the hotel. I will surely visit back again.

This hotel is like a botique hotel, comfortable and cozy. The staff here are really friendly and helpful. They make your exper Wonderful and memorable. They leave no stone unturned to make your trip worth it. Special thanks to Mr. Shuvo Hassan (Sales Manger) for making my travels and meetings hassle free and Mr. Sagor (Duty Manager), Mahin & Priyanka (GRO) for their everlasting smiles and greetings. Can’t forget Saiful for helping me everytime and everyday. My entire stay for 10 days was like a home away from home. Thank you guys, you were amazing and will be missed.
