The room is spacious and located in the embassy area. It is quiet and comfortable, especially suitable for walking around at night. The surrounding new buildings are all made of fresh concrete. The environment of the entire area is no less than that of Beverly Hills.

It's a very comfortable hotel. It's warm and user-friendly. The bed is covered with flower petals and various fruits, which makes people feel like home. It's worth recommending.

The hotel is located in the embassy area, which is a relatively safe, clean and comfortable area in Dhaka. The overall service awareness of the hotel is in place. I have to catch an early flight, and the hotel specially prepared snacks. The waiters are very enthusiastic. The facilities are average, and the room is not big.

Overall it's okay.

Clean room, friendly service, and delicious food. Safety is also as it is located in the center of diplomatic area. Walking distance distance from central Gulshan 2. Nice walking path along the lake. What else do you expect? Thank you Sonia and Shafiqul!

My experience has been very good at the hotel. The stay has been warm, there is privacy, very clean and the service is excellent. The customer service has also been very good, I have no complaints. Mr. Basher's service at breakfast has been of high quality.

Located in the diplomatic area (quiet area), this hotel provides excellent service and price is great. And staff is friendly and helps with special requests. Now there's a very good restaurant located on 1st floor and cuisine is excellent. Gloria & Karniya & Harun provided excellent service in restaurant. But all staff deserve great appreciation. The only "negative" is that there's no swimming pool but, mainly, if room located on either sides of the building, one views the wall of adjacent building... But, nevertheless, would highly recommend this hotel since it's clean, well located and they provide shuttle/taxi service from airport.

It is a Good hotel, the personal are friendly. The service of cleaning is excelente. Its terrace has a beautiful view. The staff is very respectful and adapts their food according to the needs of guests. It is important to highlight the following personnel: Mr. Gashen, Bashar, Abubalco, Hanun.

I used this hotel twice in May and June. It was quiet and comfortable to stay. The breakfast is good (I like their omelette and the plane yogurts). The room size is also fine with a desk for doing my work. Thank you Shaniqua and other staff in restaurants and housekeepings!

I stayed here for 10 days. Very good service overall from the friendly cafeteria staf, janitors, managements etc. Room service and food is also good. Safety and security is good. Highly recommended. But there is no local restaurant. Need to walk outside this diplomatic area to find one.

Great hotel with fantastic staff throughout and especially great service from Mr Basher in the restaurant. Food was great such a wide variety i ate really well every night. Rooms were also very good with comfortable beds and very good AC in the room.

Located in embassy region and close to Gulshan. Clean rooms furnished with the comfort of the person in mind. Very warm and welcoming staff. Special thanks to Mr Bashar and Ms Sonya for the hospitality and helpfulness during the stay. This is my second time here in Ascott Residence. And as a guest, you will be welcomed...

The circumstance your hotel is very nice. We appreciate your hospitality. Guys are tea boy,security persons are so polite and gentle.Specially Assistant or tea boy Khairul Sheikh is a good guy also responsible. I think your food price is very expensive as per quantity.
