It's an excellent four stars hotel i ever found in Dhaka. The hotel protocol named Ovi and Mr Aziz the driver are very polite and nice person, picking me up from the airport. The food also delicious, There is a japanese food Royeltreat in the hotel rooftop.

01) Mutton test was very good. 02) Fish bar was good 03)Vegetable item test was goid. 04) Mr.Harun service was good. 05)Location is scure and the place is less crowdy They all are well professional and organized with good behaviour. Overall service is good.

Food quality & service is very good Ovel all acomodation is very good. Location is very convener. Arrangement & service is very excellent. Training arrangement is well. All staff are very cooparetive & there services systems was good. Environment is very good.

The hotel is great. I was staying there more than 5 days. The hotel stuffs are very good, specially Restaurant supervisor Mr. Sazzad, sofian and Junayer was excellent. Last 04 days we took dinner in Royal treat restaurant. I recommend this hotel for staying.

Harun and Sharmin were excellent when we went for breakfast. Their service was friendly and prompt. 10/10 would go again. The food was good and the ambiance was peaceful. The setting is clean and child-friendly. Highly recommend for family outings.

Their service and food is good. Their hotel view is good. Their chinese item and cake is very yummy. Their staff sharmin, her behaviour is very good. Ascott Palace environment is very neat and clean. And every staff behaviour is really good.

This hotel is really good, safe and with delicious food service. Asscot Palace Hotel is located in diploma region, so you no need tp worry about safety. These Reception guys will help you hail taxi for your trip. I must say that Robin and Omar are nice persons who will support when you stuck in any issue.

The hotel was very helpful. We had a last minute cancellation on our flight home and they were able to get us a room quickly and then again the next day when the cyclone kept us from returning home yet again. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this hotel!
