Good service and all facilities in room was nice and clean.

The decoration is old but all the hotels staffs are nice and helpful. Hope they can renew their facilities in the room. Overall are acceptable and valuable copmared with room charges.

Compared to Dhaka, the environment is OK; but the price is really not worth it; the breakfast is just average.

It's okay. The breakfast is delicious and the health condition is OK. Compared with domestic hotels of the same price range, the price/performance ratio is pretty good. After all, it's still an underdeveloped area.

This hotel is very good, the price is not high, the breakfast is very good, the location is also very good, and it is very quiet at night. I booked a hotel in Uttara and I couldn't sleep at night, so I moved here temporarily. It's great. Yes, the only bad thing is that my room has no window.

Feels a bit old

Good Stay- Great Food The rooms were comfortable but not spacious. Too high a price. Walkable to Dulshan city. The hotel even though placed in a small plot of land it is well designed to make most of it. Sauna was not working during my entire stay. Small pool and did not look hygienic. The food was great Good Bangladeshi and Sri Lankan food. Friendly staff in restaurant. Rajeeva was a super chef and very friendly.

Excellent hospitality, polite and helpful staff. Rooms are clean, well maintained and comfortable, though a wee bit small. Room service is quick and responsive. I felt the buffet could have been a bit more elaborate. Overall, great stay.

A very nice place to stay. I was meet at the airport (thanks Fahid), the food was excellent, the bed was very comfortable, the air conditioning in the bedroom and throughout the hotel was plenty. All the staff were pleasant and helpful. Overall good value and I'll stay again on a future visit.

The hotel did a wonderful job hosting a workshop on the rooftop venue. All staff provided excellent service, especially Fahim who arranged transportation from/to the airport and around Dhaka. Food from Sri Lanka made by chef was delicious.

This not only causes inconvenience but also raises safety concerns. Guests have reported delays and malfunctions, which disrupt their schedule and add to their frustration. Similarly, the refrigerator in some rooms has been found to be faulty. This is particularly problematic for guests who rely on it to store food and beverages, especially those with specific dietary needs or those traveling with children. Addressing these issues promptly would significantly enhance the overall guest experience, ensuring that every aspect of their stay is as comfortable and hassle-free as possible.

Mr Rajesh was very helpful during my stay, Talk with the reception guys for whatever problem you encounter during the stay, the are far away from cunning and give honest opinions, taking your safety and welfare into consideration, ask them for even money change or whatever you need.

I had an excellent experience at Royal Park Residence. From the airport pickup, Fahim greeted me as soon as I came off my flight and helped me with money exchange and SIM card purchase and the shuttle to the hotel was really comfortable and relaxing after a long flight. All staff at the hotel have greeted me everyday with a smile and a good morning creating a very nice atmosphere. The rooms are large and comfortable and the gym and terrace are a nice plus to have. The restaurant also serves a good selection for breakfast.
