Over all Not value for money rooms are very small foods also not up to the mark

This is the third time I have stayed at this hotel on a business trip. Except for the price, which is a bit expensive, I am very satisfied with everything else. The room is beautiful and the service is very good. The waiters downstairs are very enthusiastic. 

To be honest, I was not very satisfied with my stay this time. The front desk was cold and unwilling to help with small things. Then the room is old. The most annoying thing is the noise from the refrigerator, the noise from the air conditioner and the mosque outside that starts chanting after 5 o'clock in the morning. I'm speechless.

Informed front desk that check in will b late. Reached hotel at around 9:30 pm. Waiting more than 30 min then advise to go another hotel. They shift me a near by hotel

It's a small business hotel, ticks every box for a business traveller. Excellent location off gulshan road, clean, ac works well, beds are good, piping hot shower, lift seems it's new. Breakfast can be improved for vegetarians tho.

I stayed for one night at bengal canary park, and it was a pleasant enough experience. It’s a hotel geared towards professionals (mostly from india) visiting the gulshan area for work, so it might not be the best option for tourists. The room was quite small, and the breakfast buffet was limited (with too many veg. Options. I had one meal at the restaurant, and it was average, considering the great food i generally had in bangladesh. I had also booked at the last minute, so my friend and i ended up getting rooms two floors apart, which kind of affected my experience. Of course, there were several pluses, too. The service was professional and polite. The location is great for trying out eateries in gulshan, and the hotel even allows ordering from outside. I couldn’t get a late check-out as the hotel seemed to be overbooked, but i had a fairly comfortable time at the cafeteria section while waiting to leave for the airport. The best part of my stay was a helpful gesture from the hotel staff. I had seen a bangladesh tourism book at the hotel and had enquired if i could purchase it from a bookstore nearby. While i was checking out, the gentleman at the reception handed me a wrapped copy of the book, which was very thoughtful and unexpected. I missed noting his name, but this small gesture was very appreciated.

A lovely quaint hotel located in the heart of town, the Bengal Canary is an excellent choice for all travelers. A lovely reception with coffee shop. Excellent restaurant with a wide variety of options at breakfast. Lovely and well appointed rooms and bathrooms. And to top it all, an excellent gymnasium. I didn’t try the spa but they have one too. All said, what made my experience special was the amazing service. Every person you encountered spoke, greeted and made my stay very memorable indeed. My kudos to the GM Mr Saha and the entire team for a really wonderful stay. To sum up, I’ll be coming again for sure. See you soon Bengal Canary.

Location at gulshan that is heat of dhaka city, everything available and very good area to stay. Near by airport expressway and very much connected to all places. Good indian food available at in house restaurant. Nice stay

Courteous staff and neat rooms. The food is good as well. Location is reasonable. I would suggest this place for travelers

Hotel did not answer my queries regarding my pickup from airport however they respond to my call and try to arrange pickup. At reception they said they do have any agreement with mm t for pick up drop. So request mm t add this facility. However hotel is good and staff are well behaved. So issues. Except i placed in non smoking floor. But ac ducting not effective for non smoking floor. Breakfast covering all items. Food is very impressive.

Excellent services. Clean room. Well mannered staffs and its in prime location of dhaka. Foods are delicious and they also provide airport pick up and drop service. My preferred hotel whenever i travel to dhaka. Its close to all keys comercial office and shopping mall of dhaka

I booked royal suite, paid a higher amount and they gave me a standard room with no vegetarian food options there i want a refund of extra amount (royal suite-standrad room charges)
