The room is quite large, with ample space to move around and relax. The furniture is tastefully arranged and gives a cozy and comfortable feel. The facilities are relatively new, with modern amenities such as high-speed internet, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. The surrounding environment is very safe and peaceful, with no disturbances or noise from the outside. Additionally, the location is perfect for travelers, as it takes only 10 minutes to reach the airport by taxi.

The hotel is clean, but it was so noisy at night. People were singing up until 1am and there was constant noises from funitures being moved around at one floor above. The location is near the airport but be warned once you go out of the airport there are 2 long u turns you have to make so it would be 30mins trip just to get to the hotel.

Location is near airport, dhaka is not a ‘ walkable’ city so you need to get a ride or take a package tour to be able to het around and visit places of interest, hotel was clean and rooms were a good size, came with toiletries, daily housekeeping, staff were super friendly, helpful and hospitable!!! Breakfast was wonderful, loved the rooftop bar, I booked this hotel because of the rooftop infinity pool but unfortunately it was under renovations when we were there, overall would love to stay here again when in Dhaka

The hotel is small. But room is clean. Near by airport.

This is the most expensive but worst Best Western I've ever stayed in. The room is very small. I booked a standard room with two beds pushed together because there was really no space. The sanitary conditions are very poor. There are hairs on the bed. The sheets are very old and black. The towels and bath towels are also old and black. I don't know if they are not washed clean or used for too long. Anyway, I dare not use them. There are not many choices for breakfast. The coffee cups are dirty and yellow. They are not washed clean at all. There was singing upstairs on two nights of the three days I stayed. I read the reviews and booked a low floor, but I could still hear it. In short, I will not stay here again. The holiday inn I stayed in before was cheaper, but the room and breakfast were better, but the location was inconvenient for us. Although Gushan Renaissance is more expensive, it is much better overall.

The room, breakfast, service, etc. are all good. However: 1. We booked 4 nights, but when we checked in, they said that the room was not available due to maintenance of power facilities, so we were sent to the nearby hotel Grace 21, which was obviously much lower quality. Then the next morning they took us back to Maya to check in. 2. There is an entertainment venue on the top floor, where they play karaoke every night until dawn. Complaints are useless. And I complained more than once. It's a pity for such a good hotel, I won't come again.

Real review, I advise people not to go to this hotel, the service is OK, but the bar on the 8th floor is full of music until 4am, and you can hear it on the floors below. I stayed on the 7th floor and couldn't sleep at night. I complained for two days and gave up on the third night. It's a crazy hotel. Strange that people still recommend it.

The KTV upstairs was too noisy, and complaining was of no use! Able to be woken up at night and singing every night! It is recommended that even if you check in, you should be arranged on a low floor.

It is very close to the airport, and there is no problem with security. There is also a small bar on the top floor, and you can watch the sunset after 4 pm. You can also drink local beer, about 40 RMB per can. In addition to local curry, breakfast includes porridge, flying cakes, fruits, etc. Several dishes change every day. The waiters are basically very polite and can communicate in English. According to the current development status of Bangladesh, this hotel is still at the upper-middle level. There are also many Japanese guests.

There is a KTV upstairs, and the noise continued until 4 or 5 o'clock in the morning on the night I checked in. The front desk changed the room in the middle of the night. Although it was still very noisy, at least the bass sound could be softer. There was no more noise for the next few nights. The food in the hotel is very good, suitable for Chinese tastes, and the service is also very good and warm.
