Rooms are clean, food quality is good. Staff was not available for housekeeping. Also intercom not working

We have been charged rs. 1500 for stains on 3 towels. First of all there was no stain when we left the room, the housekeeping staff asked for tips, which we all refused as they have not served us in any way. They have not given any bill for the damage charge they have taken from us. Although, we have collected the towels, which the housekeeping staff was not happy about. Food pricing was way beyond the quantity given. Potato fries cost rs. 210. Exorbitant food pricing.

We booked super delux room but geyser was not working, sugar sachets was not available for the whole day even after repeated follow ups, phone receiver was damaged and not audible. That was also not replaced. The fan regulator was not working. Room was clean and specious. Food was also good but location also not good.

Good:
rooms are specious and clean, good ambience. Staff behaviour is good. Areas need improvement:
1)restaurant don't have icecream other than vanila
2)tv connection got disconnected almost every half an hour
3) wi fi conncetion is poor. Also disconnected frequently
4)bar don't have any wine collection. Even beer brands are also limited. Only cheap brands are available
