Since we were going to take two elderly people with us when we booked, we found out that their passports were less than 6 months old before departure. We consulted Ctrip and they said that they might not be able to get through customs or board the plane. But when we found out about this, the order had already passed the refundable time limit and became a non-refundable order. We tried to communicate with the hotel owner (small homestay) through Ctrip. We didn't need to refund the money and the room fee had already been paid to the hotel. We just hoped to check in during their off-season (the time is determined by the hotel). But the hotel owner rejected this proposal, thinking that the money would not be refunded after the refundable period, and the check-in time could not be adjusted. I think this owner is a person who wants to get something for nothing. He hopes to take away the room fee of more than 7,000 yuan without providing any service. But I want to emphasize that as a hotel owner, he was not willing to make concessions at all due to the special reasons of the guests (passport expired and could not board the plane). It was too ugly. People always have some accidents when traveling, but if the hotel, as a service industry, does not consider the customers and just wants to get something for nothing by saying that the refund period has passed, after receiving the money and without affecting its own interests, then the hotel is not worth going to. Because if you really go to the hotel, more unpleasant things may happen. I suggest that Ctrip remove this kind of hotel from the shelves. This is definitely not a hotel worth staying in. In addition, I strongly doubt the authenticity of the other 4 good reviews of the hotel. Did the hotel hire someone to fake the orders? !

This place is really good, clean, nice design. The Sri Lankan chef makes fantastic food. We had a bit of a misunderstanding with dinner as we had already paid through trip but it was cleared quickly. We used them to organize a whole day of snorkeling sadly we only saw a turle, due not being the season for mantas nor whale sharks. They took us to an empty island with white sand and crystal blue sea, it was lovely. I think the lunch could have been better but it was a great day. We also went night fishing, we only caught one fish but another couple caught four! Again it was nice being out in the seat night, we then went back to the hotel and the chef grilled the fish we caught! We were very happy with our stay!

everything was perfect from the beginning to the landing. Best service, best Cheff, best accomodation. I the owner and his staff made it everything for realise all ours needs. The accomodation is really nice. Mask and fins was free. Hotel is really nice. Food was amazing. Bath is a luxury plus. How water and a lot of pressure. Really recommend. 10 ++

This is a place which gave me service like home. The rooms were very cozy and the friendly staffs Mr Rasheed , Mr Azum and Mr Upul treated us like family. Always stood by our side and gave us company and service was beyond expectations. Mr Rasheed and Me Azum was very helpful to my mother , Mr Upul made sure we love the food her cooked for us and he always made sure it was prepared according to our preference , would personally stay with us while we dine to make sure we enjoyed his offer . Don’t miss his cooked meals if you ever visit this hotel! Also , our room had a very comfortable bed and a cozy bathtub the hotel living room was also very comforting with vintage furnitures that resembles the history of Maldives. I would highly recommend this place ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

First of all let me say this Beautiful architecture is mind blowing. The rooms are at its very best shape and well equipped, The idea of the garden with a swing and those beautiful cushion beds are awesome. The restaurant is designed and equipped very beautifully. I must say the chef Upul cook the food with much love as the food is so tasty, Me and my team loved the food throughout our stay. Mr. Axum the man behind all the service, is a very professional guy and he is always smiling, he is the heart of the guest house i should put it that way as he is there all the time on top of everything ensuring the needs are beyond the expectation. Please dont forget to drinks his own ideal mocktails as it looks and taste great. Laundry service is very good as we get it the same day and it done neatly in professional manner. Definitely there will be more visits from us in the future as we are in love with the place.
