Tides Dhigurah

A FANTASTIC guest house on the beautiful island of Dhigurah We had a amazing stay at Tides... The staff are very kind and always available to accommodate your needs. It is a small bed & breakfast with only 4 room... so you will feel very welcome and VIP, in a quite, friendly and comfortable environment. The room was very clean with a good aircon and ceiling fan. There was a small fridge, kettle and tea, coffee and sugar. The room was cleaned everyday with new towels and they also put a new large bottle of still water. The bathroom was very good, bright and spacious! And always very clean! The breakfast is served in the outside area, near a vast range of plants, flowers and trees. You can pick up from Maldives or Continental breakfast... I recommend the Maldives! Juice, fresh fruits, water, omelette, tuna and homemade roshi wraps, served with nutella, jam, butter and coffee. It is only 5 min walk from the beach; You can also easily reach the local shops and restaurants. The guest house will organise the speed boat from and to Malé; Tides can also organize (under request) snorkelling boat trips to see manta ray, whale shark, school of fishes and turtles! But don't blame the staff if the sunny weather turns into a storm and they have to cancel it or the whale sharks were too busy to entertain us... it happens! Our staff were really honest and kind to us, updating us with weather issues, cancellations and schedules for the boat trips. They were not just trying to sell the trip. Safety first! We can not thank enough Halyl, Lahir and Hafeez for their hospitality. We strongly recommend TIDES for your stay... What a fantastic little hotel on the beautiful island of Dhigurah. Haseev was the most wonderful host who went out of his way to ensure we had a fantastic holiday. Through him we booked the fishing, manta ray, whale shark and nurse shark trips… we loved them all and would highly recommend. We didn’t see any whale sharks but loved the trip anyway. We saw dolphin and had an amazing time snorkelling. We had two rooms for our family of 6 (inc 4 children) they had everything we needed and we felt very happy there. It is very easy to walk to a shop, restaurants and the beach. Recommend Hermit’s for food, just a 5 minute walk away. Really hope we can return one day x

Tides Dhigurah truly exceeded our expectations as a small guesthouse nestled on Dhigurah Island. Our stay in the charming garden rooms was nothing short of magical. The lush surroundings and serene atmosphere made for a truly enchanting experience. But the real highlight of our stay was the breathtaking encounter with majestic whale sharks. It was a moment we'll treasure forever, and it wouldn't have been possible without the fantastic location of Tides Dhigurah. We're immensely grateful for the warm hospitality and unforgettable memories created during our time here. Pleased that I stayed at Tides Dhigurah, because the friendly, knowledgeable staff helped me with complicated local air flights, speedboat, and ground transportation. From MLE Male Airport there are two options, air flight or speedboat, to get to Dhigurah. Dhigurah is a wonderful, small island with a very friendly atmosphere. Ground transportation to and from the Dive Boat each day was completely handled by Tides staff, that made the experience so much easier. With my complicated photo equipment that otherwise would have been difficult. Clean and comfortable room, place for my Mac and extra monitor, wonderful garden courtyard.
