We really liked the hotel. They took care of our arrival in advance, emailing us about transportation options from the airport. We were met at the airport with a sign with the hotel name, taken to the speedboat, and then taken to the hotel door, where polite staff were waiting with welcome drinks for the whole family. The room was clean and spacious, with two balconies and sun loungers on them. There was a kettle, bottled water, shampoo, shower gel, and plenty of towels, including beach towels. The room was cleaned twice a day, including twice-daily changes of bed linen. The beach was a 3-minute walk away, and the hotel grounds were beautiful, picturesque, and landscaped. The breakfast was delicious and varied, with four options to choose from. Each breakfast included toast, jam, freshly squeezed juice, and fruit salad, in addition to the main course. The waiters were very polite and attentive! Saraswoti is a very polite and attentive waitress.

An excellent choice for its location near Bikini Beach and the Sandbank. We were offered a different breakfast every day, each better than the last. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, always smiling. The excursions are very well organized, and the staff go out of their way to spot manta rays and whale sharks.

We spent eleven wonderful days at the hotel. Everything was absolutely perfect. The staff were always smiling and warm. Saraswoti was our darling. Nadim was always our support during diving. We already know that we will be very happy to come back and soon.

We had a great time in Bliss and I do not hesitate to recommend this lovely hotel. We spent six nights in a loft type of apartement which gave us plenty of room, privacy and tranquillity. It was spotlessly clean with fresh towels and two bottles of water. I loved the open- air bathroom. We took breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant. The food was great (a la carte). For breakfast only one meal was served. Nevertheless, the staff was friendly and very helpful. A number of excursions to chose from. You can enjoy a jacuzzi on the roof top. The beach Is just across the street and the shops are also near. I recommend renting a bike at the hotel and make a ride to a beautiful sandbank. The staff at the Bliss made us feel like at home. They did their best to ensure our stay was the most enjoyable and unforgettable experience.

Our stay at Bliss was absolutely wonderful - again! The hotel exceeded all our expectations. A perfect blend of comfort, cleanliness and. Rooms were cleaned twice a day with a new bottle of water every morning. We would highly recommend this place as it is very close to bikini beach, has own restaurant with amazing menu and it's surrounded by palms trees. The Loft rooms are very spacious and quiet - perfect for a family with children. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive making us feel right at home. Exceptional service! Everyone went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. The breakfast was delicious with a fresh juice every morning and different hot beverages to choose from. We looking forward to come back (hopefully soon).

We couldn't fault our stay at Bliss. The location is perfect, just metres from the beach and super close to other amenities. The property is lovely, contemporary and chic. We had a suite, which was super comfy and great value for the extra few dollars. Food was of a high standard, with a nice mix of local and international dishes. The best thing about Bliss, though, was its team of lovely people who looked after us so well. Saraswotti, Deoki, Sanjita, Sanjaya, Archana, Ausam and basically every other member of staff whose names I forgot to take. They couldn't have been more lovely and helpful.
