Unprofessional staff. There was no water supply at 6 am and till 9 am it was not sorted out. Map plan is not worth as they serve very limited items as per their choice as if it's free of cost!

The front desk staff especially a male was rude. Day 2, there was no water in bathroom for almost 1.5 hours and they blamed it on more occupancy! We had taken MAP plan but they won't ask the guest what they want for dinner. They say it's their choice. We had to insist and get what we want to eat! Rooms are good and spacious and well kept but staff behaviour is a big zero!

Location was good & accessible, ample parking, specious room, very good food in restaurant. I was little disappointed for not getting help to put my luggage in the car even after asking twice.

Average hotel. Little bit off the national highway. The rooms were spacious and clean. Food was good.
