Room design is beautiful and view from room is awesome. Bird poop problem at balcony not hotels fault. Breakfast can be improve. The only best thing is staff is lovely. We love them.

Amazing staff and hotel everything was perfect. Except the breakfast buffet for the 3 nights we spent there it was the same food everyday no variety at all.

I stayed in this amazing property with my wife to celebrate her birthday. The hotel was generous in decorating our room and surprising my wife. Salman from front desk took really good care of us and was prompt in addressing any requests that we had. Jeewan and Don in Copper lobster made sure our evening was great. We loved the fresh Dibba bay oysters and the delicious prawns. Lastly, we loved talking to Reem while checking out. She’s truly a gem in your property.

So where do I begin…….. We had so much fun at Fairmont Fujairah and I can say hand on heart it is truly truly child friendly. Fairmont Fujairah’s greatest asset is their staff. All staff that we met were genuinely kind and caring people. I travelled with 2 children 14yrs and 9yrs. Food & Hospitality We stayed all inclusive (def recommend) we ate at Canvas and Lava pool bar. All food excellent, freshly prepared and healthy. Children love butter chicken and were delighted when the catering team prepared this for us. Chef Moustafa and his team phenomenal. Big thank you to you all and to Moustafa for looking after us on our last evening, your kind gesture was very much welcomed. Karuna, Anwol, Sandor, Zillur do an amazing job. Pool bar team: These guys deserve huge huge congratulations absolutely faultless service at all times, very attentive and welcoming. Special thanks to Adarsh and Shalaby these guys really made our day, everyday!. Very kind, considerate and most importantly funny. I loved how engaging and patient they were with the children. Def not a criticism because food was excellent. Personally I would love to see more local food and food that represent the diverse community in Fujairah and the residents of the hotel. Room: Lovely spacious room and added bonus of a large balcony area. Activities: Animation team absolutely fantastic and went out of their way to make things fun for adults and children alike. Special thanks to Mo and Abdullah. Mo recently joined the team at Fairmont amd despite only being there a few days he brought a unique ambience to the resort. All children absolutely adored him and were very sad to say goodbye at the end of our holiday. It would be nice for the animation team to have more autonomy to add activities and/or events to their schedule. Silent disco, family disco, more cultural events, possibly excursions offsite, pool party, aqua gym more than once a day, guided gym sessions etc . Children’s disco, shows and movie time with popcorn were a great hit for the younger ones. Tips: It would be a great help if guest entitlements were explained sufficiently and clearly - we did not know about budget for Lava until another guest told us, nor did we know about when the all inclusive package ends eg: another guest stated it ends the day before checkout although we did not have this co formed by the hotel. Unfortunately aqua inflatable was not in use during our stay I believe due to sea conditions. Room attendants have a big job but our room when cleaned wasn’t done so great - we were barely in the room so didn’t impact our stay, however when the team arrive to water plants but the same attention is not given to cleaning copious amounts of bird poo and leaves from balcony, cleaning shower area or replacing soap/toiletries etc The only thing that made us feel a little bit upset was the end when we had to checkout. Completely our fault we misread our date to fly out and did t realise our last day was o

We stay for our anniversary in 816. It was obviously amazing experience. Luxury style with the arabian design, the hotel has 2 amazing side mountain and beach which is really perfect place to spend time. Special thanks for Yana from operator which assist a lot our request by telephone and explain the hotel facilities. Very professional!!! Also staff at reception Aleksandra, Zakaria, Reem, Ragil. We stayed 8 days at Fairmont, and every morning started with inspiring words written on the sand. It is Amarasiri, the chief leader of life guards, who writes these wonderful greetings early in the morning, 6:30-7:00 a.m. Every morning there are different greetings, turtle, dolphin pictures and it makes your day! And it's great to see how Amarasiri was doing it with passion and love, and everyone enjoyed the seashore, making photos and video. Thanks a lot for perfect mornings!

We had an exceptional 2-night stay at Fairmont Hotel Fujairah to celebrate my birthday. The hotel exceeded our expectations with a stunning room view and top-notch amenities. The staff, from valet to front-of-house, were very helpful and attentive, ensuring we felt valued throughout our stay. The housekeeping team added thoughtful surprises for my special day, and Karuna, our server at Canvas restaurant, provided a warm welcome and personalized service. The pools offered a great way to unwind and enjoy our time. A minor suggestion for improvement would be to introduce additional leisure facilities like a pool table or entertainment room. Nevertheless, our stay was thoroughly enjoyable and memorable. Highly recommend!

That was our first time in fairmont fujairah And we really like the place since the first sight we also like that professional hospitality that the hotel offers and we really appreciate the treatment of the workers they are so friendly and we would like to give a lot of thanks to the entertainment team they have very interesting activities everyday and we want to give special thanks to Mo he is very professional in doing fitness activities and very easy, understandable exercises. He was able to involve all the guests, regardless of age. Every evening there was an interesting program that left only positive impressions. the kids have a lot of fun with him, the entertainment program is designed for both children and adults, no one will be bored for sure the rest of the team are so friendly as well the stuff from restaurant are so professional too we will probably come back

From England to Fujairah we choose fairmont to stay in during our vacation and it was amazing time.. about service so luxurious and we hade special dinner in Canvas was so amazing and delicious thanks to chef Moustafa and his team Islam and Osman and thank u benjii from recreation and his team maheesh and Amarasitii from lifeguard and his team delan and special thanks Abdula is very good fun to the yoga and water aerobics. He is very nice and friendly with children’s and adults. He is always laughing playing jokes. We had very good time and the entertainment team were amazing ❤️

I recently stayed at the Fairmont Fujairah Hotel and Resort with my family, and our experience was absolutely wonderful. We stayed in room 607, which had an amazing sea view that made our stay even more special. The service at the hotel was exceptional. All the staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. A special thank you to Salman and Mohamad at Reception for his warm hospitality and professionalism. Additionally, Abdülhamid from the Housekeeping Department he did a fantastic job keeping our room clean and comfortable throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time at the Fairmont Fujairah and look forward to visiting again. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay memorable.
